1. I would like to see a investigation on who is pushing the propaganda telling migrants that the American border is 'open' so that they come here for the Republicans to use as a political cudgel to scare their 'base'.

2. We need to step up and figure out a better way to help these homeless people than just acting like they are a problem.

i am disgusted..who do you think is telling them? the tricksters. can't get what they want through popular platform and the vote.

we need to repair our homeless situation too while we offer asylum/refuge. citing the Delta variant we have gotten double pandemic when we thought we would be rounding the corner in 4th QTR..has anyone taken a good look at the pandemic map?

i predicted a few months back that this 4th QTR is to be the worse yet and it's coming to fruition.

taking UI away results in 1 in 10 finds a job..i literally have no income and am in transition; i can't get approved for SNAP because UI is still showing a balance- but you can't have any of that balance..STATE:'get us proof of any and all programs to your avail and that you were declined'.ME: 'which are those' STATE: 'any and all to your avail' ME: if you don't know which specific programs are required when will you know that i've applied to 'any and all to my avail'?

i wish we could shut down Social Media (not the internet) for a bit to let this country cool off and reset itself.

Absolutely. I would love to just see the social media go dark for a bit (no offense to RIU). It would be like the power going out, but none of the actual problems that come with no electricity.

In the new Woodward book they have something about Bannon talking with Trump saying that they needed to kill Biden's presidency in it's infancy. Trump set up so much shit to fail that it is hard to see it as anything else. It is pretty amazing that Biden has kept his cool and not just unleashed a shit storm on them all.

As much as I wish Biden would do more faster, it is comforting to know that a steady hand is on the wheel. Because who knows what Trump's insurrectionist plants in the executive branch or his Republican enablers have left to screw shit up.

you know that's the thing- we don't know that..it's just that it's stirring the pot en masse to leave them unencumbered..i don't do any of those sites even my LinkedIn is gone as i prefer somewhat less of a digital footprint; if that's even possible anymore.

i think it's dangerous as hell, personally..time to unplug from the Matrix; they'll get 'like' withdrawal although not too bad because there will still be the rest of the internet; perhaps sites may have more traffic to market to? I can hear @potroast say but that's not our marketing customer..so we've just answered our question about more traffic here at RIU. we already know those that are here in Political with a brand new account- they're just old members that were banned here to troll and the occasional Russian.
