LIGHTING:
What color for what stage?
How many lumens for what stage?
Can I just use blue for all stages?
How close can i keep CFLs to the plant?

Is their such thing as too many lumens if heat isnt a factor? I thought the concept was more lumens denser buds..

I need a better understanding of the light cycles and stages of growth explain terminology and whats happening like

24hrs (growth)
12/12 (vege?)
8/16 (fruit?)

Heres my understanding 24hrs till it reaches desired height, 12/12 to sex and bud, then 8/16 to wrap up? So when do i switch from 12/12 to 8/16. break this down text book style.

Whats the best time to feed and water on each cycle?

CLONE: Strawberry kush was about 10 inches when it fell over from not being transplanted it was still in the little cocoa coir pots. I transplanted it in a potting soil mix/ & top soil in a 5 gallon bucket put it on 24hrs under 4 100 watt cfls daylight bulbs. Its standing back up the bottom leafs are turning yellow and dying the tips are turning a yellowish color as if its burning but its not bad. Also a few leafs some are curling under towards the inside or bending back in... the damn thing has to be alive i mean it wouldnt stand back up to just croak would it?

Should i cut dying leafs from a plant?

can use blue for all stages but yeild and quality will be affected
cfl's 3 inches from cannopy
use as many as you can, they will get extremely hot.
i just switched to a hps from cfl's because of major heat issue and light penatration, cleared alot of clutter from my box by doing so.
i recommend doing alot more research before posting this type of question, you will learn this basic stuff fast without driving people mad answering this over and over. 5 minutes of reading and you will be on your way.

as for the clone sounds like overwater. what kind of soil are you using? you just transplanted? could have been nitrogen deficiency, if it was its probably fixed since in soil now, the yellow leaves wont turn back to green...damage is done, i would cut em off depending upon visual inspection.
