thats cool, i think there like $12 shipped on ebay. i thought about going by that nursery and see if they still have it, i really like jacks and have seen some great grows with it and it has good numbers for growing weed.

Well I just checked on them again, and they are definitely not in shock anymore, lol....Looks like they exploded in growth.....They grew bigger in girth, bigger leaves, and a bit taller....Out of all of them I think one of the Kerala Skunks is doing the best...I just hope it's a female....

well here's an interesting thing I noticed....

I had to water both Kerala Skunk as they were pretty much bone dry....However, I didn't have to water the other 3 indica-looking plants as they still had some moisture left in them....

Obviously when I transplanted I watered them all at the same time and the same amounts.....

So the mostly sativas are drinking more than the indica-looking plants....

Does anyone know if sativas drink more ? Or do better strains drink more than say Mexican ?

well i just checked on them again after only 11 hours and the DGBS exploded with a new top and leaves...leaves were like an inch or so in size...but that was only in 11 hours....wow, amazing how fast they can grow

I just also just watered the indica looking things about 36 hours later after the herbies seeds....Those plants were either bone dry or very close to it...I am guessing the roots really got some oxygen.

ok, well here they are....Pretty much they are looking healthy...Seem to be growing well....For some reason the 3 bag seeds look different after topping...like one looks like it might have two new tops but the other two maybe look like just one coming up ?

Still have not fed any nutes...They are currently in 1 gallon Air-pots...I still have 3 gallon and 5 gallon Air-pots that I will add accordingly....I'm thinking of maybe doing somewhere around a 5 week veg maybe longer...As long as I got a stash, and it appears that I do then I don't feel the need to rush them....If I am going to only have a few plants in the Space Cab then might as well grow em' big, or go home.

I just got my new fan in the mail today...It's 150 cfm so that will be a nice bump up from the 80 cfm I am using now...

Once I install the 150 cfm I will install the 80 cfm above the veg/experimental chambers, and start thinking about what I want to do in them

I'm starting to look into ordering more seeds...I'm looking into sativas or mostly sativas...Maybe some kind of haze/skunk type stuff....I do have two feminized Female Seeds c99 left...Some of the breeders I have been eyeballing are Dinafem, Beanhoarder, Barneys, Green House, and Leprechaun...I want to try and keep the seeds no more than $10/ seed if possible & that's for feminized....These seeds will be for next or future grows in the Space Cab, and or possible some outdoor this year which I would start in the Space Cab.....Hopefully something more potent that yields well....

Last two pics are of my current stash, and my real life space cat that I have had for about 14 years or so....He likes it when I take him, and stick him on the ceiling....He looks all around like he's tripping - he loves it, lol

had to log back in to see the pics, LoL. they sure look good, you could start giving them a weaker strenght nute mix, i always started after a week or so. if they didnt fim right, just do it again, you see how fast they bounce back. just remember, sativas can grow out of control as in get big, LoL. i would think that would be better for your outside grow. space cat is cool, maybe he likes "getting high" LoL. as far as seeds go, im not saying shit, im not sure what i'll do next time or who i'll get them from, LoL.

A weird thing happened to him like 4 months ago...I started blowing pot smoke at him....I did this for maybe a couple of weeks....he like instantly grew dreadlocks, lol....

He has natty dreads now all over his under carraige, and some on his sides too., lol....never had them before till now......rasta space cat ? Lol

cd...i don't know if i fimm'ed them right....i think i might have two heads of lettuce on them bag seeds..Tops are missing half the fan leaves, and they are cabbage lookin', lol....maybe did i not fim them enough ? so i got some of the top growth's fan leaves ? you think wait till they grow out a bit and fim em' again ?

And, maybe hold off on anymore fimming with the sativas ?

well I couldn't take it anymore after reading about topping and fimming so I went to town again on the plants, lol

I ended up "pinching" the two bag seeds, and I fimmed the two KS....

One of the bag seeds (DGBS) I think I may have "plucked" rather than pinched...I hope I didn't screw it up....The second bag seed (DBS) was a pinch....And I tried once again to fimmed about 80-85% of the top part of the plant....I didn't do anything to the last bag seed as it looks like it has three tops now....

So I guess I'll wait and see, and see how they respond....They seem to be growing quickly for veggin'....I can only imagine what they might do when I switch to 12-12.....Also, I am starting to get a "garden" smell in the house now...I don't think it smells like pot but it does smell like something's growing, lol....My gf has been away for about a week so I'll see what she says when she comes back if she can smell it...

They both kinda look like a top to me. The second not as much but still looks like you got most of the node. I could be wrong though.

I believe this picture is one of the better examples of what you are trying to accomplish on a FIM pinch or cut. I have tried it several times with very mixed results... usually I will forget what I fimmed by the time they grow out.

Wow I just checked on them again a couple of hours ago, and it was like they didn't miss a beat after that pinching, plucking, and fimming. Lol

Hey cd...ya plants are all doing pretty good but one.....I nuted the three bag seeds like a day ago, and two of them shot up real fast and are now taller than the KS........the other one which has kinda seemed to stop growing showed some nute burn but it almost looks like it wants to grow some more, lol.....

I am going to nute those KS in a couple of days......

Think I might take off work for the next couple of days then I am also finally going to install that new fan......

Tomorrow will be 4 weeks veg time.....I'm thinking of veggin' for like maybe another week or two......the one gallon air-pots are not showing any roots coming out yet.....

I know I cant believe its been that long either.....It seems like I started yesterday

here's some pics...the KS might look a little droopy...I just let them get bone dry....Also temps just hit 81 as I had 15 bulbs going....I'm going to try and motivate myself right now with a pot of coffee, and then go and install that new fan.....

Also the shrimp of the bag seeds did not take the nutes well...As you can see the brown from the burn.

ok well I ended up getting the new fan in there...can't really test to see how many bulbs I can run cause the new fan is so strong it was sucking the new PVC pipes and silicone into the cab, lol....So I am letting the stuff dry...I'll test it out tomorrow...

I also re-routed the electrical in the veg chambers to the front instead of the back...I did this so it is easy to access the holes that the wires go through...

here's some pics....Ghetto DeWalt driver - lost my driver bit so I used a 1/4" bit with a screw driver, lol....Then I had to make a new 6" duct hole...after cutting around the 4" I got a moon - think I'll paint it or something and hang it up, lol....

the rest of the pics show the fans, and the new set up....I'm not entirely sold on using cfls in the 2 veg/experiment chambers...I lose a lot of vertical space with the way I have the fixtures set up....I may have to re-do the fixtures at some point, or perhaps go to LED or T5HO's in those chambers...I don't know too much about LEDs other than I think they are still perfecting the technology...I was also thinking of modifying some air-pots - like get some wider ones to fit the veg chambers but then cut them in half top to bottom....So basically I would have a wide pot that about perfectly fits the chamber but allows me to grow more vertically.
