My guess is that it's just letting you know you'll get more free seeds, including the ones you're going to get already, with a higher purchase. That's how it works at the attitude seed site at least. You don't get a list of your purchased seeds on your profile at ssc? I've never bought from them, no reason not too, just haven't.. so I'm not sure how things work there.

I order every other month from them. You get free seeds based on what company is sponsoring the free seeds that month. You get 2 free seeds with a 14 euro purchase. Its like 20+ $'s American. I have ordered hundreds of dollars worth of seeds at a time and only receive 2 no matter what I spend.

The free sees aren't just cheepo seeds either they are like 10-20$ seeds. They usually give 1 fem autoflower and 1 fem seed. I just save them for when seeds don't pop. Well the autos I give to my friend swears by autos.
Most of the time the free sees end up perfoming just as good or better than the other paid for strains. I got some free sees from C9 seeds when they sponsored the free ones and the pot was amazing.

Lol I like to have them just in case some don't pop. I trade them to other growers in my area also. Some seeds are 15-25$ a piece, and my system needs 10 every 2 months. I have been getting greenhouse seed co seeds as of late. There seeds are cheap and they perform just as well as the expensive seeds.
I don't acquire clones anymore because they carry all the diseases from the grower you got them from, as I learned the hard way. But lets not make this a clone vs seed thread.

I like to plant my seeds, keep back a nice female, and pull clones from her. We're still running off my last seed drop in 2009.

Tried them for the first time, and they arrived yesterday [ about 10 days ]. One curious thing: 3 Bodhi Ancient OG have bits of the Bodhi label included, while 3 Bodhi Solos Stash do not. I've read on another thread somewhere [after placing the order ] that there is a question that the souvenirs are authentic. Thoughts?

Seeds are really inexpensive when you think about what you are getting out of the final product. One plant is around 2oz for me, thats 300-500$ worth of pot street value in MI. So I spend up to 100$ on seeds, 240$ on electricity to get it through its life cycle (lighting, pumps, fans- 2 weeks starting/stabilizing seeds, 1.5 month veg, 2 month bud), 20$ on the starter plugs, and 100$ on nutrients for 10 plants. Which is about $3k worth of weed for around 460$. Of course there is the occasional seed that doesn't start and the plants that get bullied out of the direct light by the bigger girls, but you are are still making much more weed than you would get on the street for that kind of investment. Unless you got really good connects.
When I get my taxes back early next I plan to create a breeding chamber. I heard of a spray that's really cheap that you spray on a limb of a fem plant and it makes that limb produce pollen, and then pollinates itself and other plants around it. The result is all fem seeds. I really like Power Skunk because it is potent and a good producer, I want to breed it with other good producers. I still have plenty of research to do on it, but I have about 4 months before the tax refund gets here.
Then it will be an even cheaper investment.
