The Seed Depot

The saga continues. To briefly recap, I ordered seeds from these clowns on January 11. I never received them, so I cancelled my order and asked for a refund on Feb. 4. I was told then by JB that it could take 5-10 business days to receive my refund. Fine, I get that. But as of today, I haven't received my refund either. So I emailed JB, who emailed me back insisting that there was a refund issued, and that's all he could do. He didn't offer to look into the matter on his end. He didn't offer to double-check with his bank. $175 is a decent amount of money for me. Sure would be nice to have that money back, so I could go spend it at Attitude or Sea of Seeds.

ETA that JB just informed me a refund wasn't issued until Feb. 8. Apparently I'm jumping the gun because it's only 8 business days, not 10.

I've never ordered from them and can't speak to your situation 420SW. It's just a matter of time before the Attitude gets its bell rung as the google traffic it gets is insane. The shitty part about the refund process is the merchant can issue the refund immediately but the issuing card company, (ie Capital One) can hold that refund up to 30 days before applying it to your account. I'd be pretty pissed about the situation but assuming you get a full refund, I'd take the temporary funds loss over a custom or USDA letter or whatever the fuck these people are getting. Let us know how it works out.

420sw, you will get your money back if you wanted a refund. I will bet your refund on it. The seed depot is the only seedbank i know that goes above and beyond in customer service.

Just to update everyone, I did finally receive my refund. It took more than the 5-10 days purported by JB, but I understand he doesn't have complete control over that. He could have been more accurate about when he issued my refund, though. Also, I never ever received an explanation for why I ordered seeds on January 11 and they were never shipped. Oh well. Live and learn. I'll never order from them again.

just poppin in to say I took a chance... first time I ordered from them and my Green Crack arrived today.... fastest shipping I've encountered honestly..... 11 days to the East coast. They have my confidence and praise... for now anyway~ lol

these guys are definitely the real deal. ive been a member over there for about 2 months and honest people like JB are the reason i call it home now. i know they had a few growing pains and if im not mistaken 420sw, they were in the process of relocating there bank during the timeframe you speak of. im glad you got sorted in the end but it doesnt suprise me because i know there customer service is top notch.

I ordered from them in Jan. They sent half my order and after numerous attempts to contact have given up hope of ever hearing from them or recovering my product or funds. I know a lot of you are sold on them but the bottom line is, they ripped me off. It was troubling that they just blew me off totally when so many speak so highly of them?

So, are they legit, or not? Any other experiences with TSD?

But some strains are exclusive to attitude ..when it comes to stock ..but tsd beats attitude in everything else ..I mean by far ..it's a seedbank + forum+ auction perfectly intertwined ..

Attitude reminds me of a big label store that stocks everything ..they kno exactly what people are using the seeds for but bc of the "laws" the treat it like a bizzness of selling souvenirs ..ie: not even being able to mention the word germinate ..but they do kno how to "intice" there customers with there promos and specials

Where as the deopt treats it more friendly and have people u can talk to if there's a problem and a whole bunch of like minded people who can answer questions or problems WHILE treating it like a bizzness ..they make things right all the time ..also they look out for the customer they don't even offer to sell ripoff a like doggies nuts ..Ghs(**) big buddah etc ..that says alot to me ..

I'd say legit, have ordered through them many times and had no issues that weren't handled quickly and honestly, have mucho respect for JB, TSD CS and crew.

Of three different orders placed with three different UK-based seed vendors recently, my Seed Depot order was the only one that arrived, and took just seven days to Australia over Easter(!). No freebies, but then I'm not really interested in them. I ordered the seeds I wanted and got them - that's what counts. They also did a great deal on Chimera genetics, which aren't easy to find these days, so I bought six packs. So far, nine out of 10 Schnazzleberry#2 seeds have germed, so the seeds stock appears to be good, too.

Yes, they are legit, and I'd order from them again.

I only use TSD now for my seeds. 5 orders placed and 5 perfect deliveries. That is unless there's a Bodhi drop and then they're shit and I suggest you use someone else.

Got my order today with an extra freebie. Totally satisfied and will order again.

Haven't checked this thread in while, nice to see so many people chime in, TSD still rocking it for me, never a lost shipment, always good to fix any mix ups, and now with the secure seed trade service its even better, and who else out there is doing buy one get one free deals on any rare dankness seeds plus a freebie from the seed depot like they just did!? crazy. also i think their prices are about the best i've found i check around to see who's got what for freebies and TSD seems to have better prices than herbies or Attitude. and they just added a Deal of the Day so goodies to be had for cheap JB and crew keep it going right over there
