the reflower?!?!

about the mid of june my outdoors began to flower good for a month then kinda slowed down alot. but recently as of last week they seemed to pick up flowering again. (lots of frosted leaves and a stench forming)... does this mean i have another month to let this thing go? even the buds seemed to be swelling again.

Please keep posting; I'm about to attempt a forced reflower on an indoor DWC plant - she's been under CFL with piss poor penetration, so I'll top her, and drop the lights to see if I get any results.
