Long term relationship with someone who wants to have a baby - 37 (Santa Cruz)

In 2011 my fiance and I called off our wedding and went our separate ways, and it's high time to move on. It would be nice to find someone who wants to have a baby in about two years.
Me: Late thirties Caucasian female, graduate degree, I work part time, my hobbies include art, live shows, and museums. I love large dogs but I don't have any pets right now. I'm not a sports fanatic but I used to be on the swim team and I was a figure skater (ice skating). I love gardening and home improvement projects although I am a renter and so my options are limited. More stats: 5'7" tall, stocky/curvy build (Both of my parents are half German). Huge tits. Red hair. High I.Q. (two nieces and an uncle scored at the genius level). Most of my relatives are college instructors, teaching a wide range of subjects from violin to genetics. They don't have any money (at all, LOL) but they're extremely well educated and they've traveled all over the world. Music and art run in the family, with six pianists and two master painters.
I worked through college and so I've had a wide variety of entry level jobs. My longest runs were in junior accounting as a corporate accounts payable specialist (loss prevention),and also as a kitchen designer on a full time basis for seven years. I went to graduate school to become a teacher but I ended up being a journalist instead. I cover social justice and urban renewal. I'm also an artist and I sell paintings on occasion.
Please consider if you're ready to be a father before you contact me (sperm donors need not apply). I prefer to be a couple and raise our kid together, but if that's impossible then you'll get 50/50 joint custody when the child reaches age two. I definitely prefer for my kid's dad to be around at all times. I was raised by my dad and I can't imagine growing up without him.
More about my dad - He never planned to become a single parent. He had been the general partner of a law firm in downtown San Francisco for over ten years and he planned to stay there until retirement and so he wasn't in a position to raise four kids by himself. However, he had no choice and it eventually led to giving up the firm. He opened a small solo practice in Danville and kept litigation to a minimum so that he would have time to take care of us. I spent far more time with my dad than any of my friends spent with theirs. We did a million home improvement projects together and we watched a million hours of CNN and talked about politics over ice cream, and he told me wild stories about his crazy clients who were getting sued. I grew up thinking that everyone had a dad like that and so later when I discovered that it's rare I was surprised and I couldn't believe it, and then I became exceedingly cautious of getting pregnant. My ex fiance and I were together for three and a half years but I could tell that he wasn't mentally prepared to settle down. He is now 43 but age has nothing to do with it.
