the party at the 215 lounge woulda' been a lot better if we had a lot more rasta vibe. personally it was(or should have been) kind-of a victory celebration for a looong hard fought war against an ignorant paradigm in its death throes. instead; it was a bunch of cooler-than-thou's and general party duds(stick-in-the muds!). life is way too short to go around constantly resrained and stiffled! that's 'living dead'...it reminds me of God's diatribe in monty python's 'holy grail'...-do you REALLY think God LIKES church music?! -you GOT TO LIVE!!!! I'd like to have a REAL victory celebration with the REAL ganja people. not the hollywood/vegas/get rich quick/gangsta hate crew...even though they seem to comprise the majority of the ganja 'scene' as it presently stands... I want a celebration with CONSCIOUS celebrants. people who REALLY know the deeper meaning of "celebration", and "party". at the cup, Subcool and the TGA crew embodied this. the crew were 'on the clock' so they couldn't "let it all hang out"; but it was clear they were no strangers to the P-FUNK vibe(probably a Subcool requirement)! they were giving me sideways looks like -"who's this nutcase?"-that's o.k.- I get that all the time...but TGA seemed to me be the one crew at the cup that are actually "WITH IT" on all levels.
