:leaf:I am DEFINITELY in I started mine in a bus tub, so she wouldn't go all over the rug just till I train her LOL. I will name her shortly when I know for sure she's a girl.

hey guys and gals!! i wanted to get a slice of this thread because i think my little setup qualifies. i made it with $0. i hope to do a 4 plant scrog. i have 4 plants in veg now. 3 seedlings and a reveging mother. i mixed the soil myself that they are in and it isn't worth a diddly squat. plus im using miracle grow all purpose plant food that lacks a few trace elements(sulfur, copper, and boron) but the plants are surviving, but have lost most of their bottom leaves and i dont think the branches will grow if there isn't leaves where they are supposed to come out. i am getting FFoF and floraNova grow and bloom this friday, but i dont know if i should wait for this slow growing mother to reveg or start over with new seeds and risk getting males. or continue to veg and flower the ones i have now.

you can see that it has lost some lower leaves and branching areas


not a good pic but you can see the lower leaves are missing.

this one ↑↑↑↑↑↑↑ is the mother, she had a good run and made some pretty good smoking buds.☻

Ok now back to my set up.


i started out by making the margins(2x2) with yarn. the wood in the pics are (1 1/2x1 1/2). i had a friend with a table saw trim a 6ft 2x6 that i had laying around(zero dollars)to a 5 ft piece, then he ripped it twice for me.(very nice of him not to charge me anything.

next i screwd in the top and middle pieces of the frame for stability

then screwd in the other top part to connect the remaining piece.

screwed it to the wall to make sure it doesn't shift.

try to imagine the large sheet of fabric hanging from the cieling completely past the window and wrapped around to go to the other wall.

this is the fabric(which was a gift $0)

cut out the side and screwed it into place

then the top. i cut it big so i could cut it out while it was on top.

and use the extra to make another layer.

almost there...........................

now to cut the out the door

starting to take form.

i cut some holes in the top to run the chains.

hung my fan in place and turned it on.

and to fix the flapping, i only screwed in one part of the door at the bottom so to let the air out..... and thats the finished project.

Yeah see if you can switch it to a white sheet, or put a white sheet underneath that sheet. But other than that it looks good. Looks like you put a nice amount of time into putting it together

oh yeh i knew i was forgetting one little detail, i ordered 2 mylar blankets off ebay for about 4 dollars, they should be here tmro or saturday. but yea that is what i am going to use for reflectivity. it only took me about 2 hours to complete, no sweat. ☻☺

is that like a bakeing pan for like turkey??? thats prety smart and i think ima do the same thing bowl reflecters suck the claps don't clamp hard enough to hold the weight of my big cfls

haha. yeah it is. everyone's so creative and all with these set ups.. When we making the deadline by the way? Or do you just wanna randomly call it sometime in the future?

It will be hard for a deadline with everyone at different stages of their grow. Any ideas people???

Maybe when everyone's done with their current grow? Im thinking pictures of it in flowering before harvest, and pictures of the buds and all and the pictures of their set up area. And that will be their final submit to this competition.

lol i say we all agree on a entry date and lock the contestants in after the closing date and then judge the contest after everyone has submitted a picture of pre-harvest and over all harvest.

yeah its a turkey pan they work great for reflectors , and i got some big waters in there lol
