You called me out on my lie? WTF

Ill quote it

Medi mary
1. Proposition 19 isn’t really legalization. It only allows possession of up to one ounce of cannabis. Under current California law, an ounce or less of pot isn’t an arrestable offense. And soon this amount will be a simple civil infraction. Prop 19 doesn’t make any improvements to decriminalization or prop 215.

Keenly " yes, it IS an arrestable offense, and i have personally witnessed more than 1 person being arrested for less than an ounce"

Medimary says NO ITS NOT AN ARRESTABLE OFFENCE UNDER CALIFORNIA LAW!

CALIFORNIA LAW IS DIFFERENT THAN FEDERAL LAW! duh!!!

alright, get a half ounce of weed on you and tell a cop that you have it

20 bucks AND a replacement half says you get arrested

Dude I called you out on your ignorance of the difference between cali laws and federal laws, lets just let it go, and move on now!

lets not stray away from the facts, I said under current cali law under an ounce in not an arrestable offence!
I even provided a reference.

then you say my post is a lie because "your friend" was arrested. ur exact quote was " if your going to straight up lie in your first bullet point why should i read anything you have to say"
TELL ME WHERE IN MY FIRST POST DID I LIE< IM STILL WAITING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im sorry your friend was arrested--- although UNDER CALI LAW its NOT AN ARRESTABLE OFFENCE! Period! (NOT FEDERAL LAW, DID I MENTION FEDERAL LAW IN THE FiRST POST, NO I DIDNT!)

And if prop 19 passes ITS STILL ILLEGAL FEDERALLY!
your friend would still be arrested.

Honestly I don't even care to read your response, you said my first point was a lie, if you have to misquote people, and imply they are liars to make your argument, having a discussion with you is worthless to me!

Redirecting...

Your list also claimed that prop 19 will likely supersede prop 215. That is a flat out lie as well. Don't believe everything you read and then just start repeating it.
it says "likely". that is speculation, same thing as you saying we can amend things as we go.

in deed, no one here is in California Legislature so all WE can do is ether vote or argue till we kill our selves. Which should be pretty soon.

i dont really understand here, why is it that i respect the same three or four other peoples opinions, but when i give mine, its insults, name calling, and just flat out making stuff up

fact of the matter is, from the current spot on the weed legality ladder that i am sitting in, its a step forward for ME, because after all, that is who this bill, pass or fail, will be affecting, ME

if you cant respect my decision to vote yes, i cant respect your decision to remain alive

you guys can all vote no for all i care, just BOTH sides need to stop with the fear mongering, misinformation, and lies

BOTH sides...

there is shit flying in all directions on this one, and i figured that the cannabis culture could be a little more grown up than performing the aforementioned

and yes, you can get arrested for a misdemeanor, it all depends on how much of a dick the cop feels like being

you can get arrested for tagging, misdemeanor,

i guess no one has the balls to take me up on my challenge? ill state it again

get a half ounce of weed and go tell a cop you have it, when your sitting in cuffs in the back of his car i want you to think long and hard about not being able to be arrested for a misdemeanor

well if people are gonna make stupid claims they should be able to be proven correct, to an extent

just trying to make the point that it is possible to be arrested for a non felony

and when terms such as "likely" are thrown around like that facts it makes my brain explode

as in "it's likely the law will be fixed once it's passed"? ;)

The law is specifically designed to be amended once passed. Implying that it won't ever be changed once passed is complete nonsense. No, Moses isn't going to bring down a tablet from the mountain top with prop 19 carved into it for the purposes of it remaining the same till the end of time.

But by all means, don't let me interrupt your passive aggressive baseless implications and sarcasm. That's WAY better than having an honest discussion based on facts.

dont put words in my mouth i never said or implied that

im well aware of the flaws in this language, but like i already said, its a step forward from where I am

if i had a Card, i would most likely not even care, unfortunately i dont yet because im too much of a vag to walk in there and ask about one for insomnia

so ill check the yes box instead

and it's most likely that you won't go to jail for less than an ounce if you get caught with it today. :)

not carved in a tablet that you will.

getting dizzy yet? ;)
