420, your plant won't last long in that clear colored jar. Not good for roots to be exposed to light.

Dude just buy a plant pot, it'll cost you what 5-10 bucks?

and foil is fine for CFL as it doesn't produce enough light or heat to burn.

save up 20 bucks and go to wal-mart, get a pot and a 42 watt cfl daylight bulb and I swear to you it will be %100 better than your current state.

let the soil get nice and dry, but not so much as the plant droops. then place your hand so that the plant is between your second and third fingers, gently turn it upsidedown and tap the container so it releases the soil. Place your plant and soil ball right side up gently into a large plant pot with fresh soil in the bottom then add more soil around the sides of the plant, pack some soil around the stem and lightly water for a few days before getting back into a regimen.

I'm hoping your gonna try to progress so that you can later tell us that you have some bud to show for dispite the nay sayers.

If you would like some suggestions ill chip in.

Get a rectangular box and stand it up long ways, cut a hole in the back near the bottom and one on the top.
With your lamp on, the heat rises up and out of the top hole you made, and draws cool air inside of the box.
Paint the inside "flat white" with spray paint($2.00 a can)
Or line with silver mylar balloons from dollar store($1.00 ea.)
Get a daylight spectrum cfl.(lowes has one for $1.98 1500 lumens 6500k)
This is an upgrade from what you are running now, I use a similar box for a male plant, to separate it from my girls.
Ghetto but functional, upgrade as you go along. Try finding a small cabinet.
For my first grow, I started 8 plants under incandescents, upgraded to cfls and ended up with 2 oz of fluffy but resin covered buds… it was much more than I ever expected.. 6 of 8 turned out female, but I only harvested 3, because 3 turned out sativas and were taking much longer to finish than expected.
