THE MINIMALIST

This is a minimalist approach set up which is inexpensive, productive and super fun for a hobbyist that just wants to peruse the desire to grow high quality bud without the hassle associated with larger set ups.

Start with:

One 3 gallon bucket
Four wooden dowels
Four short pieces of bamboo
Four clip on CFL 100w lights (Home Depot)
Cheap 150W HPS light for added flowering light
Eight tie wraps
Cheap timer
Extension Cord

Along with some quality grow medium and your off and growing your way to great fun and adventure.



Not going into growing techniques as there are plenty fun ideas and ways to explore.

All things considered expect apx. 3oz. in about 100 days...

sounds like you'll get some cheap weed in the end, using cheap lights, cheap timers.

Mine was near exact my first indoor grow. I got some bud, little popcorns, but enough to make me get serious, dump the cfl's
jump on the 600 watt/1000 watt hid lights, air conditioning, dehumidifier, fans, c02, build a building, equip it, get permits, inspections, and go pro

Still don't look like 3 oz.

I understand when 18-20 yr old kids that got their 1st place grow like this. Yet if yur n adult do adult things. That doesn't mean you have to spend 1000's of $s. Yet invest in some mylar (emergency blanket is 4$), decent dry nutes (25$) and a real light (120-350$).

Of course when ya want to move on to bigger things you can, again this is just a minimalist approach, here's just one of so many examples of what I have done in the past with more stuff... 1000w nine buckets etc.
