It was first administerd to openly gay men then minorities as some sort of a flu vaccination. Then with the help of the media the propaganda was spread. Gotta be some special kind of evil to come up with some of this shit.

I didn't see anywhere in that article, the mentioning of mandatory vaccinations. All it talks about is mandatory quarantining which would be necessary in the midst of a pandemic.
Did I miss something?
