This might be a common asked question but I’m still learning do the buds put on weight in the last couple of weeks or do the hairs just start turning
thank you I’m just starting week 7 tomorrow if I have worked it out right I switched them on the 12 of OctoberYes to both questions.
A plant both puts on weight during its final 2 weeks and the hairs change colour(usually).
thank you mate it’s also hard as I’m doing a few different strainsOh yeah, they pack density in the last weeks. Some strains you have to be careful you don't let them go too long... or you risk bud rot.
,Pics or it didn't happen
I agree with DrKiz, they will bulk in the next two weeks. keep the air moving to avoid bud rot.Oh yeah, they pack density in the last weeks. Some strains you have to be careful you don't let them go too long... or you risk bud rot.
brilliant mate thank you i was just abit worried that they would Tay this size I think I’m just starting week 7 they went into flower the 12 of OctoberI think this may be the biggest mistake a new grower can make-chopping too early.
I use a loupe to look at the trics on my flowers and I find that it's usually a week or two past when all the trics are milky when the girls are ready.
Those couple of weeks are when my nugs really fatten up.
I was thinking of doing that’s as I have a few different strains and I’m thinking that they will be ready at different timesTotally agree with @GBAUTO
It may take some time and grows to learn when your plants are ripe.
People usually tell new growers "When you think it's time to chop, wait another week." This advice is generally good for new growers.
Your first harvest you may want to stagger so you can compare chop times and bud quality.
wow mate there is massive difference there they look great that has gave me a lot more confidenceLook at the difference over 2 weeks post #41/43
Light and oscillating fans advice.
This thread has morphed into my diary... Around 45 days. I'm anticipating another month at least.www.rollitup.org
