If you have a 250watt ballast why would you want a 150w bulb? get a 250w you wont see much difference in heat but you will see a nice difference in yield, also dont buy second hand bulbs they are done after 3-4 grows and your yield will sufer, you can put any type of cfl bulb in there for now until you get a 250w hps bulb, the plant is only young and any type of cfl light will keep it alive until you get a better bulb

colorado made history today and legalized marijuana for adults over 21 for recreational use and will be ran by the states liquor board. First place in the world to legalize it. I may have to move to colorado could you imagine buying an ounce of some fire for $40 dollars hell yeah. breaking news washington state legalized it as well so much for amsterdam being the weed capitol.

Scoll to the bottom of page for the one im on about..

anyone know if its better too keep the fans on when lights off or leave them on?
Depends on which fans your on about, I think extractor fans should be left on unless struggling with low temps or low humidity..

For the first time ever i want to visit the states! fair play to everyone that voted its about bloody time! the last time the dispensary's talked everyone into voting no as they thought there trade would be fucked but i have seen nothing of them saying no this time, am sure they know if romney got in it would of been all over, thing to watch out for now is people going silly on it and making people think it was a bad idea, alot of the time it will be voted for again and people will forget to vote thinking theres no need and it gets made illegal again.

budbell if your outside growing in a shed i assure you autos are the way to go, really nothing wrong with them at all

this is from MPP.org:

Voters approve I-502; repeal state marijuana prohibition!
On November 6, 2012, Washington voters approved I–502, an initiative to tax and regulate marijuana in a manner similar to alcohol! Washington joins Colorado as the first two states to repeal state marijuana prohibition and replace it with a system of regulation and taxation. The new law will go into effect on December 6, 2012 and will protect adults 21 and older in the Evergreen State from being arrested for possession and private use of up to an ounce of marijuana. In addition, the new law instructs the Washington State Liquor Control Board to adopt rules to regulate a marijuana distribution system comprised of cultivators, infused product manufacturers, and retailers. For more information on the law, see our I-502 FAQ.Alison Holcomb of the WA-ACLU, along with such prominent local leaders as Seattle City Attorney Pete Holmes and prominent travel writer Rick Steves, formed the coalition – New Approach Washington – that qualified the petition and ran the campaign. Please join us in thanking them, their fellow initiative sponsors, and the entire campaign team at New Approach on all of their hard and wonderful work.

@kang: I think it will be fine. Look at alcohol, most adults are responsible drinkers but you have some that like to fight, smack the wife and kids around, drive, have a hard time
holding down a job.

for marijuana I have never seen two high people break out in a fight, smack their wife kids around, drive yes but you really shouldn't, and I never had a hard time working stoned although I probably shouldn't and it is not addictive physically like alcohol and it is not bad for you like alcohol. most of my friends including myself have college degrees, some have grad degrees like a masters or a phd, and a couple of us served in the military even though it is not mandatory here and we all smoke the ganja.

On a different subject my countries Veteran Administration is trying to fuck us disabled veterans taking almost 2 years to get disability from combat related injuries:

Yeah you dont have to tell me alcohol is more harmful than weed as i was a serious alcoholic before finding weed, i have no doubt in my mind at all that i would be dead this very minute if it wasent for weed, i was drinking myself to death and alcohol really corrupts your mind, i am 100% a better person today and dont even know who my former self was, and whats even better? not only did it get me off the drink but it allowed me to beat the drink, i can have a beer now to be social not like ex alcoholics who go mad if they have one drink, i wont ever be drunk again ever ever

Whats happening now with states ending prohibition of marijuana is the same way the prohibition of alcohol was ended and in the late 20's new york was the first to say fuck this we are legalizing alcohol and in time the rest of the states followed in ending alcohol prohibition. I say in 5 to ten years the US govt will end marijuana prohibition. 50% of americans are for ending marijuana prohibition and 48% don't want it legal.
