For a plant to be female it needs XX genes. For it to be male it has to have XY.har, do you think it could be as the two strains crossed were hermi?? i can`t see how they would be fem, like the traits (genes) you know Tt in the male would make it tall,
tT in the fem would make it bushy etc....
how would they be fem seeds?? wouldn`t they or large percentage be hermi???
like if you breed a reg male with a reg fem then you get reg seeds... or is there something i`m missing or not understanding about the breeding aspect of it???
Proper feminised plants made grow male parts by colloidal silver can only produce an X gene, because it's all they have.
So if a feminised plant pops nanners, the genes arnt effected, it's a localised tissue mutation so the only possibility at fertilisation (with another feminised plant) is XX.
Hermies are a different game and you should never breed with Hermie seeds as the results are unpredictable even several generations down the line.
