Went down to my outdoor grow a couple of days ago and I was pleasantly surprised on the progress they had made. The church is nearly 4ft tall whilst the northern lights x big bud is just over 3ft.. My mate had been up to the little plot last week and scattered some slug pellets but thats it... No watering no feeding.. I am just able to touch thumb to finger when I grab the main stem..!!

Was in a 30ft x 15ft ploytunnel the other day.. Man the shit you could grow in this thing was amazing and the heat and humidity was real noticeable..

I have three sativa dominant looking bagseed growing in a 10+ year old compost heap...one of them is about 4 feet (I topped it about two weeks ago) and bushing out insanely, and the other two are about 2 feet (one of which I topped at the second node). Iv never seen such healthy plants, Id almost use this compost in my indoor grows if I could sterilise it, organic is definately the way to go outdoors (not having to feed or water is awesome!)

A polytunnel would be insane, especially if it had morning to night sunlight, even in Ireland the plants would go ape-shit. You wanna throw up some pics of your outdoor and Ill do the same man? It'd be good to compare even tho I started mine a bit late, are yours starting to grow pre-flowers? Mine are but its still a little early to make a call on it, if the big one is male Im gonna collect pollen from it, its a beautiful, fast growing, strong plant and would make an excellent cross with my AK48.

Good to see you back on here man, peace!

Thanks H, I meant to take pics but forgot my phone and the plot is about 90 miles away, I'm hoping to get down next week and take some pics..

Outdoor is the way to go... Free light and nearly maintenance free..

Mother and clones next year....!

Hell yeah man, gonna start them indoors in Airpots around Feb and plant them out about 2 weeks after the last frost. The Airpots will give them a massive advantage, you just have to dig a hole and drop it in. The root bundles from my last grow with the Airpots would just burst into the ground if you planted them out, they were insanely dense with no circling at all...infact no visible roots at all when you take it out of the pot until you move some of the soil.

Im not gonna do an indoor journal this time, but Ill post periodic updates, I have 6 AK48's, 5 in Airpots and 1 in a normal 11L Atami Wilma square pot for comparison...I can already see the difference.

Nah havnt used it myself man, I buy all my stuff in "bricks and mortar" shops, means if something doesnt work you just bring it back and they give you a new one straight away. Most places will give you discounts if they see you buying stuff a few times. www.bloomandgrow.ie do a 10% discount for Rollitup.org members, use discount code ROLLITUP420 in the "voucher" section to get 10% off total price, they're not that expensive either and Iv returned a ballast after a year and it was swapped no questions asked.

But let us know how you get on with the other crowd, be good to get more of a variety of products!

If you live near/its convenient for you, you should definately go to the one in Finglas...you wouldnt be calling it a little shop then ;) Its like a "tomato" growing superstore compared to the others Iv been in.

You wont find headshops man, only grow-shops now, but theres one called getupandgrow.ie just down the road on Arren Street East, its just like 3 streets from the Four Courts.

i wouldnt say its dead yet, i think during the summer people are busy doing other shit, come winter when everyones in, this thread will be buzzing again.
went in to check on the ladies last night and one of the sweet tooths had hermed, found 2 nanas!, never again for barneys, i would not mind but it was doing great, not lost a single leaf and growing really well. the others are doing well, although the freebies i got are doing a it better than the barneys, one of them now stands at 6 foot. some lovely buds on it too. the red diesels looks very nice, very dark in colour(leaves), both over 4 foot now and budding up nicely. the sweet tooth thats still ok is very bushy, should be a nice yield. although if im honest none of the barneys plants of the same strain look alike, different phenos i think.
harrekin when did you add the pk 13/14 on your last grow fella, i know it says 3 weeks b4 harvest but you cant always tell when that is, so did you just add when the buds were fat?
later everyone and hope your grows are coming along nicely.

I just added it at week 4-5,when the plants have stopped stretching and are putting out shitloads of pistils and some small buds are starting to form. I'd more go by the plant tho. Gonna try using an equal mix of Vega and Flores next time at certain intervals to keep them greener throughout flower, they were good last time, but I want greener.

cheers harrekin, i gave one of them 1.5ml last night so ill give the others a bit aswell as they are well into flower, they have all stopped stretching a while back thank god. i should have topped this time round but i will next time. also i dont know why but i seem to be using these nutes very sparingly but the plants are doing fine all the same.

I topped my plants the other day, I actually dont think I can grow untopped plants, they just look weird to me now! Even my outdoor ones are topped, lol.

I love the speed the AK's grow at, its unreal. Once they get established in the pot they just go bananas. I cant even see where I topped them now and it was only a few days ago.
