I finally sold my original custom built cab for $1,000. Now before you say that is way to much it came completely built with a charcoal filter on the inside and outside, a digital ballast that you can change from 250w, 275w, 325w, two MH bulbs, one HPS bulb (both brand new in the package), two digital timers and one manual timer, extra reflective mylar, an entire ebb & flow system with two pumps and an air stone, two bags of clay pebbles, two containers of root plugs, one cloning chamber, a months supply of nutrients and liquid and dry kool bloom, a top notch digital ppm and digital ph testers, an encased light hood. Pretty much plug and play.
A lot of love went into this cab and you can't see everything and I had my very first grow in it and a bunch of other nice grows, some failed but most didn't. With strains like BCN Diesel, AK48 & 47, the White, BLZ bud, etc.

I think you were just starting to post on this thread about two years ago just as I stopped posting.
I think we recommended some films and tv shows to each other.
Is it true that sucking air through the carbon filter is the right way to go and blowing air into it causes more pressure on the fan.
I just remember reading that somewhere.

@dave gilmour: umm it just makes sense to me that sucking air through the filter over the light and out of the cab would work better. If you take that black cover off the filter some of the charcoal can fall out so I would think if you are blowing air in the filter you may be blowing some of that charcoal out.

How are the lads.
ladies in week 7 now. The power went in the house and local area yesterday. That means the ladies are after having 24hrs of darkness and temp in my shed prob went to 10°c.
Do you reckon this balls up will affect them much yeild wise.
When the power will come on my timer and setup will be all out of sync.

top of the mornin to ya,nah your plants be grand lad couple of days dark no prob.couldn see it affectin yield,could be the opposite.
