your going to need a steel clutch aswell, and rear stoppers i`d go for r33 ones from a 94 or 95 series two skyline... there unreal for grabbing discs....

thats serious power so what size turbo you going to use, bigger causes awefull lag and anti lag systems are expensive...

Or if I can't import the 2mz I'd use what I can get in the states and go with the 2jz. A V6 would be easyer to fit then a inline 6.

Skyline parts are almost impossible to get here. Or I would. And would use a stage 1 cluch for the mk4 box. Up to 1500 hp. And thinking of twin 30 series turbos to help with the lag. They seam to spool better around 3000rpm and can give 1 bar of boost. And that's plenty for what I want.

now you talking, you only need to spin the rears...

engine as in straight 6 or v6 well unless you have a fairly long wheel base will be shit too handle be too light in the back , smaller more powerful jap engine is the way, sr20 are engines from the 180sx...

That's why I want the 2mz it's a 2.6 or 2.8l aluminum V6. And the scepter is a long wheel base car. And heavy in the rear. Similar to the skyline. Even the under careage is built for all wheel drive. Just never sold as one. The market wasn't there. Everywhere eles it called a 92-96 camry.

Oh yes. I live by ierwindale speedway. D2 showdowns all the time.

our men do well there, was never big into formula d or the jap stuff for that matter, its all about fun for me, shoveing a little 1600 along beside skylines and 180`s..

you know yourself in the ae you have to be that bit more comitted and on it, second and third gear entrys on fast stuff, you should check out youtube vids of mondello drift days and you`ll see all the big names drifting with the amatures and newbies..

we get to see the need for speed ae86 alot...

Had my 300zx 2+2 drifting a few times but it was to front heavy and auto. Crashed it doing 140mph. Minor damage but trans was lost. The 86 is slow do to the 4age but if you can keep the rpm's up and hit the apex right they can keep up all day. Miss a gear and it's over. But still love the car. Had a blue coupe.
