little update...

also whats the opinions on takeing some fan leafs off to allow light in lower spots, i need to take say two or three off two girls to get the cfl light to the bottom bud spots especially on the blackjack, where the bud spots are along the stem as opposed the shanti where the bud spots are actively seeking light and look like little tops....!!!!

if your going to have a puff, then advice is take plenty pics on your phone as you get more and more of it apart, also whip it out in one lump, don`t take it apart as it comes out, once everything is disconnected there made to come out as a full unit, eng throttle body inlet mani exhaust mani, you get the idea....

yeah i think i`ll trim some tomorrow, won`t be lollipopping them or anyhting just the in the way ones....;)

hear stories of rusty nials in the coco, so think no matter what soil based medium we go for theres always something to watchout for...

afternoon all. i just checked my seedlings and one was leaning at a 45 degree angle. the coco felt dry so i gave them all a little water. is that the most likely reason for the plant leaning like that?.

if you stick your hand at the top of the plants and raise it up until you feel the heat then back off a little i think thats the optimum place for the canopy dave and will help with the strech, hard tell without a pic, if they stood up with a drop of water then that might have been it, lets hope it was an easy fix, i like them ...;)

yeah there clones dave they seem to be ok, another day or so will tell, and thanks i think they look ok too, nice colour, strong stem most important loads of bud spots...

right so, i might move them a bit closer, the stems are a bit long and gangly lookin. i dont know what the story is with the fifth seed it still hasnt come out of the soil. the seed has popped and grown a little taproot and i helped the seed open a bit. are dud seeds fairly common or what?

can happen i suppose but don`t give up on it yet.....

and when you re-pot you can bury them up to the bottom leaves so don`t worry about the streching, if it does worry you, get a big paper clip and straighten it some, use it to support the seedling, but be careful when sticking it in, don`damage roots like.....

theres loads of ways to prop them just be careful when doing it..
