irishmc get a couple of picks up if you can, the skunk should be bigger than that for 4 weeks so maybe its a heat thing, the mh gets prettty hot compaired to the hps. are they really small, pics?
i normally have the hps about 12 inches but the mh a bit further cos of the heat.

ye they seem small enough for 4 weeks maybe you should higher your light an extra 6 inchs to promote they to grow higher rather than just wide just a thought i normally raise my light a few inchs once a week until im flowering it, hope this helps if you try it, other than that nice healthy looking plants, also what soil are you using and do u p.h the water/soil

lookin nce kubla, gave ou rep just for how cool the pic looks! very artsy.
forgot to say i am no longer phing either, i dont think i ever did have ph issues, since i have been following a water/feed schedule i havnt had any problems, plants are all great. i also water till its pissing out the bottom each time, 2-3l per pot. i think it was salts build up and with the heavy watering its washing all the shit out so it cant build up.
think i need to eat humble pie cos im sure one of you guys told me not to bother too much with the phing a long time ago!,
totally agree with raising the light a bit irishmc, lemon is right, thats what id do. also i find the plants do prefer it a bit cooler than 80, that can stress them a bit, also the night time drop would not e as big a drop in the difference. just feed/water and you should not get any probs, my tap water once left out overnight has a ph bang on 6.2 anyway.
later lads

Just thought Id post a pic of the AK's 2 weeks above soil, just to show what size they are relative to the pics above. I transplanted them into the Airpots on Fri too, so they're probably smaller than if I hadve planted them straight into the pot like I normally do too.

EDIT: Gonna give them like a 1/4 dosage of Canna Vega, Iv read they can take alot of nutes, so even tho the All-Mix has worm casings, I wanna make them a nicer green than the Biobizz usually gives.

Yeah for their age I reckon I am, not a huge amount each time, but definately more frequently for a 10L pot that Im used too. Iv been giving them a little bit each day, purely to keep the top of the soil from completly drying out and going hard...but Id say once the roots take hold theres gonna be insane growth.

I wish Id done 6 instead of 5 btw.

would it not have been a push with six growing, depending on the size of them when they flower i suppose.
looking good though.

I was in that shop yesterday. They are not the most helpful people. I was asking one of the guys a few things and he pissed off to talk to the other guy working there to talk about one of the tents they have there.

Needless to say they wont be getting my money now.
Hi Irishmc. I run the Bloom & Grow site, and work for the company. I'm sorry to hear about your treatment when you came into the shop. We genuinely go out of our way to be helpful and make everyone feel welcome. We hate indifferent, rude or bad service as much as anyone. If you PM me the details of what happened I'll make sure the staff member is made aware.

stickey i tried shamrock and it wasnt the best for me, i dont mind spending a little extra on soil as its one of the most important things in growing, watch out for your soil moving when you water it. although to be honest it wasnt as bad as erin, that stuff is lethal. id be freaked if someone saw me walking from anywhere with a bag of soil, they would know straight away what it was for, my family not the gardening type. thats why i buy it from dig in tallaght, nice and secluded!

Just get the guys in the shop to put the soil in a black bag, I buy all my stuff from Nirvana in South Williams Street and the automatically bag it up without me even having to ask.

Iv found nothing has the texture of the All-Mix and it's got a little organic ferts that are gentle even on seedlings, that's why I pay extra for it.

Howyiz lads - been a while since I visited. Has anyone tried the guerillight cfls from seamus growshop? They're marginally cheaper than the eco-light brand but if they're crap I'd rather spend the extra few bob.
