Hi guys, Long time no see. Anyone have experience with coco/perlite as a mixed soil medium? If so, how it differ from reg peat/soil/perlite type setup? I am thinking of doing this as a project. But dont want to waste my time if somone else has already done this,
It will give u good results if you decide to do it and do it right

Thanks for update dude, What draiange like with a coco/perco mix. You notice anything mad with ph? I am planning on 1 plant with what I know and then experiment on 2 more. Have never done coco or premix before. I dont know what tro expect other than I think I need fo nutes about 2 weeks sooner,

Been growing a lemon haze for a few years, Now i am bored, Would like to do something different.And I have only ever used the same soil mix. So yeah,,,,wanting to do something different this time.

Thanks. Its been ordered and delivered so no backing out now. Should be interesting. You mentioned filters. I am going with one of the Rhino Hobby filter this time.Its the 5" version but carbon bed is 30mm version. A lot narrower of bed than I thought it would be. Should be interesting.

Well the biggest one at the back when i rub my fingers up and down the stem smells lemon. The small big one smells different like a bb gum. I use rhino filters and loved them. I change them once a year

Dunno but if i am they are going in with the 650 watt, handy for camping too. Theres also a 15 meter lead with them. Handy for lots of things.

Would be good also for vegging?
I assumed ya were gonna use em on the outside autos for 24 hour light?
