And don't get me started on cyclists. there here all over small roads side by side and don't care if there's a car coming each way . noisy fuckers too always shouting at each other.

Ditto here with the cyclists. They probably get their kicks from wearing lycra and sitting on a saddle:)
I'm only Paddy but I'd say you can't give anymore rep on this thread until you give rep on other threads.
Weatherwise it's baking down here and I've sweet fu*k all to do:)

How's everyone this cracking Sunday, does anyone use the app for here? I do it never loads the pics people put up I have to log in through the website to view people's pics and grows bit annoying just letting people know not being a smug fecker not liking stuff soon as I do be on the site I track back for a lookski =) my mad next door neighbour I know him years clocked my plants today was moving them about chatting away turns out him and his brother used to grow back in the day he's a smoker now doesn't grow it shared a J he's cool I can just imagine how that situation would of went to a narrow minded neighbour!
Took a measurement today they've all grown a good 4'' in the last 7 days and I was worried they were gonna die on me

They are a tough plant and can take a lot of punishment, they are loving this sunshine and will flourish in it.

As for mine well I had to flush again today,or at least a half decent flush,I ran over 20L's of water through them, the bags have roughly 50L's of soil and perlite in them, one of them is struggling and hasn't seemed to have grown much in the last few days, leaves drooping and all sorts of symptoms.
I just used plain water,I usually filter it but decided to try it as is,it is from our own source and hard as f*ck and ph ranges from 6-7+.
I have ordered some fish mix, rhizotonic, neem oil and flora micro and will give a mild dose of each in a few days depending on how they look.
There might be one other factor I overlooked,in Aldi a few weeks back I bought a 40L bag of what I thought was compost but it was soil conditioner so I mixed it equally through my soil,it looked like good stuff, very black in colour and a ph of 7,apparently it is organic and from composted plant matter, maybe there's something in it not agreeing with the girls.
Anyway I'll do what I can to save them but if not it's back to the drawing board:)

little tip... If using grow bags or fabric bags when growing then care should be taken when moving the plant as not to unsettle the root strucher.. ;-)

No I didn't take any, they were the last thing on my mind with trying to stealthily lug water up there.
The new growth is black, the older growth is black, brown, pale and dark green so there's a lot happening with them, only one is not growing though but the fan leaves are gonners or will be in a day or two.
Going by some of the guides I looked at they have a phos def, possibly a calcium def and nute burn,I haven't overfed at all so I'm stumped.Soil PH is about 7.1.
The only insects apart from dead slugs are thousands of ants but from what I know they won't harm the plants.
I suppose it's also possible they have some sort of fungus but I can't find anything online that looks the same.
Some of the leaves have a normal texture and others appear dry and papery.

I am doing good thanks for asking. just taking a break after the current co-op run which we bought an electric trimmer and it worked once we got the big leaves off and now all the ladies are drying and then will be in a 3 week cure and we will split our share amongst the three of us and then disperse it the rest to the patience over a two month period. Once I get the bug in me again I will start my own run.

you ever consider hydro? it is really very easy the only problem is when you have a problem you have to deal with it right away but the growth is fast and the yields are big!

we need more hydro growers on this thread. I'm all about soil but the time is so long for a run and if you have the time to check your run daily it is quite easy, you want to pay close attention to water temps, ph, and ppms and thats about it Plus it is very cheap water is free and the nutes using the lucas method is cheap as hell.

I'm considering it now but would need to do a bit of reading first with regards to pumping times, changing the res etc etc.
I have this system here now all I'm missing is the reservoir, was also thinking of turning to aero but I am even less familiar with that.

Hydroponics Dutch Pot System

Its not hard to get use to I am using the ebb and flow system which is like a cross of soil and hydro sense you use rockwool as the grow medium and the cubes have a hole in the top so what ever you use aka root riot plugs you can just transplant the seedling into the rockwool but you have to soak the rockwool first in ph'd water for about three hours before you transplant the seedling and the rockwool holds a lot of oxygen being so porous unlike soil.

bought my close friend and mentor the lead of the co-op a nice little gift for his bday:

I understand the principle well enough, just would need to understand how long to run the pump and when,i.e, 4 times a day for 20 mins or 6 times for 10.
The only other concern would be in the winter from October until Jan or feb,the power is guaranteed to go a few times especially around Christmas so timing would be important, apart from that all I need to do is make a table and buy some sort of res.
The system I have is basically a glorified hempy bucket so it's not overly complicated.
