The hidaway shelf box

Hey guys, new here so I thought I'd post my little grow box.
it's only like 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide, maybe 6 inches deep.
I only have one little bag seed plant so I have 2 13w cfl lights and some sort of blue ultraviolet let for a small fish tank. I dont think its very many watts, preety bright though. and theres also another set of 13W cfl's from a patron tequila bar stand thing. theyre light a whiter cooler color than the other cfl's

so far they've been doing pretty well, no stretching really, but it's going rather slow. I havent found any good nutes yet so I'm using water from my fishtank and i have a dead african cichlid under the dirt.

making youre own compost and recycling eh? nice heheh

Bagseed is often pure Sativa and will outgrow your space pretty quick. I suggest ordering some auto-flowering Lowryder type of seed and starting over.

This is actually my first grow ever, I ended up getting some lowrider and kushberry from a buddy of mine who grows quite often. I just wanted to see this one grow up and bud even a little bit just to make sure I got my shit straight. So far I think I'm doing pretty well. I havent seen too many other set ups that werent actually using true materials for growing. I plan on grabbing a 400W HPS and I have 3 computer fans from my olds xbox's and they will be mounted into the wall.

And for the bagseed growing too tall, I spent like 4 straight days reading up on trimming and scrog techniques. I have actually pretty good results with topping, I think that litle plant would have stretched all the way to the top of the box already in 2 months lol.

Needless to say...this makes me excited to have these lowriders and this kushberry.

I'm just tired of the poopie weed in Indiana. People that are 50 years old get pulled over and serached " just because" ( often a direct quote from officers in my area) where I live. So if I can reduce my need to go to "lil pookie" or whatever over in the murder capital, I'll be happy lol

I'll be posting more pics as I see the plant making progress, if anything to inspire some other half ass growers haha

and can anyone explain what exactly " auto flowering" is?

Is it just that simple? A plant that just knows when to start flowering or what??

3 weeks into flowering and i really don't know how well it's doing compared to normal grows...but It's doin good if you ask me. I counted 23 different spots where white hairs are sprouting in the 3's and 4's. it's basically going to be 3 big buds that mold into one at the base of the plant. The stem is about an inch thick, nice and strong. It's going to have 3 colas, I topped it 2 times. I wish I could get my hand on 3 or 4 of those 100 watt cfl's but I'm going to need fixtures instead of desklamps, and I'm actually reasllyu anxious to see what this little bass-terd yields with 4 13w soft whites and a 23 watt cool white. it' got a few kinks, but it's getting there!
and STILL NO NUTES lol I actually bought unsulfated molasses today I plan on starting that in the morning
