Looks like SpaceGrin will go longer than 2 months, ... I think she is on day 60 and still too many white hair, I didnt bother looking at the trichs. No pics...

Here my cut of Spacebomb X Chemo, almost ready... This plant matures super quickly!! I kind of fucked up with her and another one, so they are finishing in the tent. The need to be topped... Super frosty ... A few runs with her and I ll really know how to get the best of her. I can get her to produce much more resin if grown fully under the AF600s.






Another fuckup that was finishing up outside... pretty humid outside and it started to rain a lot so I am chopping her today. I didnt keep this cut around... It could produce huge yield (not this time though) but it foxtails a lot and takes forever to finish, ,... I have spacegrin for that hehe...I dont need 2 foxtailly cuts that take forever to finish!! and at least the smoke is special and strong with the SpaceGrin, This Spacebomb x Medicine is nothing special, doesnt smell much... but fairly strong.





This is what I just smoked before writing this post... Respect! Another fuckup that finished outside, buds were pretty big but I placed the clone with too little root system before flowering so she was really small. Yielded pretty well for it's size. The smoke is nice, I like the high, it's very social medicine.


Anybody following this thread using Kessils? my plants seem to take forever to mature when grown under my Kessils. More testing is needed ...

You most definitely did some good breeding. Space grin looks tasty and dank. Good yielded too. I know what I want green Santa to bring me for Christmas lol.

What is your total wattage you are running now....just in flower...?

@Chronikool. i am running about 1500-1700 watt of light in room2 (4 clusters of the 336x3 from FERO have stopped working...) and i am running about 800 watt in room1. The tent I use to finish plants is about 200ish watt.

@hyroot. I am not sure u looked at the right pics, there was no pics of spacegrin in the last update. Tasty and dank, yes!! but SpaceGrin doesnt yield very well, ... the reveg plants will yield ok because there is so many buds on her but it will take hours to trim her!! If u were in Canada I could send u a cut for Christmas too!! too bad!!!

@Beef. I am not sure u looked at the right pics either hehe... sb x med has no bag appeal!! well In my opinion anyway. It doesnt smell great when i open the jar either...

in case some of u don't know when I say RESPECT! i am talking about the strain from REGGAE SEEDS!!

I guess that's the space chemo. The way pics were placed with each paragraph I thought it was space grin. That's why I thought you did an awesome breeding job. I know grin spoon is a horrible yielded. 8 foot tall grin spoon might pulls half zip.

@Chronikool, for now I have a driver that Brent sent me a while back to fix it, I will try and see if it will fix 2 out of the 4 clusters, if that works ill just run the light as is for a while. If it doesnt work I guess I ll DIY fix it with new clusters. I ll probably need help with that This light was performing very well, Id look into keeping the same spectrum.



@Beef, I have to disagree with u on that one, I really dont like the bag appeal on this one!! You would love some SpaceGrin!! Wait until u see a proper SpaceGrin plant, I got one looking real good just starting to bud!! At least the SpaceGrin is so resinous that it looks awesome in any bags besides any strains!!



@Hyroot, yes Spacebomb X Chemo has GREAT bag appeal!! It's a really nice strain (She is the only one left of this cross so if the mother dies it will be the end of it!!) It yields VERY WELL, once I get everything dialed in for it.

Not much of a stink while it's growing and when I first open the jar I can smell caramel then I get close to it and it has a nice strong smell of ... Chemo (I dont know how to describe the smell but it's not fruity just strong, the only thing I have ever smell that smelled like this was the original Chemo from jordan of the island.

Every time I have chopped her so far though I find a nanner or 2, it's been hot growing this summer though and I think they are not fertile anyway. I guess time will tell, but it's my one keeper that's not going anywhere any time soon!!


So as of today...

Keeper #1 is Spacebomb X Chemo

Keeper #2 is Respect... it will probably stay around for a while, she is the frostiest pheno i have grown of this strain, and has the same great smell the others had. Great aroma come to my nose when I open the jar and it makes u want to smoke it! + it's a great social smoke and I think it will become a favorite amongst my friends.

My keeper #3 is the SpaceGrin

My keeper #4 is the Chemo

My keeper #5 is the Cheese#1 and might not stick around too long. I ll have to see, I always get in trouble when I chop her coze the smell in the house is so pungent. She yields extremely well is mold/pest resistant... I might keep the mother alive so that I can grow it every once in a while.

oh yeah, a hell of strain too!1 I dont have rastas lol. but RESPECT MAN!!

hehe check the description on some of the Reggae Seeds strain, they have some good genetic. Most strain arent super potent like they dont have super high THC content but they are very resinous, High in CBD and super tasty!!

I'm finding that I basically need to smoke kushes, skunk hybrids, and other high THC strains to really do much to me. lol

Ok now I think respect is the one I thought was space grin. The first set of pics. The space chemo is dank too. I like the way the first one looks. What ever it is.

I do really love the look of Spacegrin! Very sexy man.... very very sexy!

@Beef The high CBD content actually does something to u too!! with a high tolerance u probably have to smoke twice as much of the CBD rich strain but it's a nice high! I dont smoke a lot these days and I have been smoking mostly Respect especially when I have to get out of the house


When I want to get high I smoke bubble hash!!

That's the SpaceGrin buds before I revegged it ... the revegged plant is so bushy that the buds havent grown like this but the clones will!!




And this is SpaceBomb X Chemo!

Today I am taking a few cuttings. Last time I got 100% success rate with the Respects and SBxChemos (Let's call this cut SmoB, for Suck Me Off Bitch!) So anyway, it takes anywhere between 7-12 days before I can safely remove the ziploc but I simply use partycup size containers, plain promix, saturate with water, use cloning solution on the cuttings, and then cover up with a ziploc bag. KISS keep it stupid simple. It works so well!! a little t5 on top and temps in the cloning box around 28-30degrees I am guessing...

One more keeper that I might have depending on the outcome is Shark, the outdoor one is looking great, I just recently started a few indoors.

So the plants that I am cloning tonight are Shark, Blue Sage, Agent Chemo, Zion EaZe, Cheese#1, SpaceGrin and Space Pussy.

I failed at revegging the Magical Fruit from nugbucket... and she was the last one. I think a good thing to do when u know u absolutely want to reveg a plant is to chop her on the early side ... if u wait until she is very mature I think it makes it harder to reveg ... only from my observation so far.

one of those useless update with no pics ... sorry !

I transplanted Zion Eaze #1 as well as my mother Respect in room1. I took out SpaceGrin, ... not sure what I ll do with her, ill try to give her a few more days to mature outside of the grow room.

I moved one of the SB X WW in the corner of the room, I don't know how that one has gotten so big and so tall!!

I guess I ll try to upload pics later today ...

Respect came down, this pics is a couple days old...


This plant is super oily!! my fingers were glossy from trimming. I was running low on high CBD weed to smoke so she had to come down!! She is so stellar one of the best plant I have grown ,... I can't wait to chop her again!! (some are just starting to bud again )

Ill finish her up tomorrow... the buds are super heavy and dense!!

Dr.Grinspoon ... kind of homeless right now lol... I want to give her a few more days but some of the buds (not pictured..) are totally ready!! like 30% amber... this plant was not well trained so I am looking forward to see what I can do with the cuttings... sure is a funky plant!





Bottom left is what she looked like when I placed her in the budding room... July 20th ... so she is around 70 days right now ... not as quick as I thought but still much much faster than the original DR.Grinspoon ... hmmm 50 days quicker haha makes all the difference.

I spent 100$ for 4 seeds today kind of overpriced but whatever... I bought 3 reg TGA pennywise (70% phenos have 12-15%cbd,,,maybe they got lucky with this cross and it might take a while before another strain hit such high cbd levels so I dont want to miss out ... if I get 3 males i ll keep the best for breeding!) and the latest strain from Reggae Seeds, 1 fem seed Seora Amparo ... it's TGA Jack the Ripper crossed with Juanita Lagrimosa ... so far I am really liking the cbd rich strains. I do get high with them so it feels like a win win! Keep in mind I have not been smoking a lot so my tolerance is low.

something new today too I started cutting the colas 2-3 weeks into budding when they get too tall for the canopy!
