The girls and I have had a stressful summer. Can they make it?

So, I had it set. 4 clones and help/guidance all summer. Clones came and within days my buddy had some issues that took him away for the summer (no, not a set of bars ). I’ve just been winging it and really didn’t think to come look for a site like this (slow sometimes).
I am in the NE (cap region NY) and it’s been an awful summer. Either hot & sunny 90+ with 90%+ humidity, or totally cloudy and lots of rainy days. Most of July was a washout. I had a bud rot scare (I think they’re ok) and I’m freaked. I can’t lose them now. They haven’t really been all that healthy. The two bigger ones were for most of the time but have now taken on the traits their sisters took early. Yellowing, browning & dying leaves (there have been a few different colors). I am going to an Organics store to pick up a loupe. I didn’t expect to be harvesting these until early to mid October. We have more cloudy/rainy days coming and temps dipping to 47° with still pretty high humidity. I’m so nervous. Here they are. I did the best I could not knowing anything at all and not doing any of the necessary things (no pruning etc)

I just went out and did a close up to bring to the Organics place.
Do you think you see rot in that really close up of the small one? It’s not slimy at all, no powder anywhere. Just some browning leaves. I’m petrified right now. Sorry about the shadows I’m not thinking clearly. I have at least one spot of confirmed rot on a smaller bud site. I have to inspect it all as soon as I get home with this loupe. It’s very small but I’m hoping it’s not spread and they’re garbage. I saw no signs on the larger ones. I’m so novice I’m not sure just cutting away what I can see will stop it. If the larger ones aren’t infected, especially with the weather conditions, I don’t see it improving. I’m pretty bummed.

Spray the plant with h202 before and after cutting the bad away. Nothing worse than making a cut and seeing a cloud of spores blow across your plant. Clean all tools before and after also as well as your self. Don’t go touching other plants during the process

It was all over a couple plants. It just started but I had been between them all inspecting etc before I noticed it. I probably spread it. I don’t know if it makes sense but it mostly small flowers that should never have been there anyway. The larger ones are ok. I chopped it all (another mistake but was afraid). If I cut it all out and just trash the smaller ones, can it be stopped while drying?
