5 Patients plus yourself, 6 plants per patient with no more than 3 of those flowering (producing a usable form of marijuana). So 36 plants with no more than 18 flowering. Also, as a patient you are allowed to possess 2 ounces, if you have a caregiver the patient and caregiver can collectively posses the 2 ounces. So to put this in more plain english, if you have 5 patients and yourself, you can posses 12 ounces, but if they come and check on you, then go check on patients and find there is too much medicine between you then you or they could be in trouble, more likely the caregiver.
You are also supposed to provide services other than providing marijuana. Thats the short of it, if anyone disagrees with how i have paraphrased this please let me know, i am not always right, but i think i got this all spot on.
O yeah, and you are supposed to be non-profit as a caregiver.
