I knew I had those old photos from that life threatening trip. Going back out to pick up the traps and a very small sample of the catch.

Spud point ramp? My favorite spot is up closer to the head throwing hoops. My best day was 60 rock crab in 3 hours.

It was so long ago I can’t remember what ramp it was. It was near the mouth of the bay. I don’t even know if there was a ramp. Lol

Right before the Camp fire that got me, me and @doublejj had another rockfish/crab combo trip planned. I used to do it every year right around turkeyday.
Whatcha say @doublejj? I’d have to buy some new rods and reels for it but.

I had just tied up some new live bait rigs for the lings. The night before the fire lol

yes lets do it. I still have the giant crab boil pot and 2 full propane tanks. We could cook them right in the parking lot and bring them home cooked.

I’m gonna have to go down to fishemans warehouse down by you here soon and pick up some new deep sea/sturgeon setups. Remember when we went last? I had 5 of them, from my boats lol. I was just fishing for the dinos down in in the delta 2 days before the fire. Lost em.

Kinda funny, there’s another thread going on about homebrew. I used to use my pot i used to boil the wort to boil the crab when i had to. That thing, i lost. I think i originally got it from costco as a turkey fryer? Long long time ago
