We prefer our freshwater fish through the ice but wife makes a chowder with yellow perch thats to die for if you like chowder. They get wormy in warm water

Ya i dont think we have them. Stripers of course but not whites or hybrids. Ive seen some on vid that look like they’re decent striper size though.

We have stripers in the river Bam. Up to 30+ inches at the holyoke dam, smallmouth sized up past greenfield... the double dorsal gives em away.

They're more of an annoyance, I'm primed ready to tighten into anything and a damn perch touches my fly i can't help but lift/strike.
