The fan fell on a Autoflower Candy Cane

Well as the thread stated a fan fell on one of the Candy Cane Autos yesterday. Today I noticed where two new leaves should have grown overnight are stunted. One side grew as normal and the other side did nothing at all. Should I just toss this outta the tent since autos are known to stress easily?
