the drought

Here in Ann Arbor the leaves are turning colors and dropping leaves like it's autumn...

I think many are in a situation where they are dealing with extreme drought! Got the same thing along the whole west shore of the bay. Corn is brown and not much higher than 3 feet unless the fields have irrigation.

It has not rained were I live in Texas since March, I mean we had a sprinkle or two but no type of build up. We started the year with rain every day and I tought cool, not! It is just flat out dry, water restrictions etc a real mess.

Finally some rain today. A day late and a dollar short, but maybe a little love for the outdoor growers with the rain. Hope everyones crop does better than the corn and soybeans. Brutal. Damn cows are eating dead grass and way too much silage. Milk flavor sucks if you haven't noticed. Tastes like the poor food they've been eating.

At least we got rain today!
