Whats up bro ..... so i just started flushing the girls and i also clipped a few amnesia branches to show ya. I figured i should do it now while i have the time
Youll see in the pic me pointing at where i usually clip. A nice clear area above the screen and the buds are all fine. Youll see in the second pic where i left some of those nice sized buds at the screen level or a little below or above which can use a couple more days of direct light. Theyre nice size buds that id want to smoke but need to ripen a little more. I think about it this way .... i will take care of the huge buds first .... top grade ... then worry about the lesser quality ones later ... in the mean time i hope for those lesser quality buds to slightly go up in quality .... thats about it.
There there are just randome shots of buds before and after trimming and trichomes showing all cloudy with scattered amber heads ;-)

Those look amazing! Can only imagine the strong, fresh smell their giving out! Make sure to let us know your yield! I'm sure it'll be awesome!

Good luck bro .... nothing to it .... the way I do it is the same most do .... o dont use those humidity packs or anything .... i dry the branches all manicured until yhe stems snap when you bend them. Thats when i clip off the buds and into the mason jars they go .... i burp these jars for a few seconds a few times a day gor about a week. Drying slowly is best and the buds shouldnt dry to below 60% rh I hope this helps bro .... good luck with your harvest!

Hey everyone .... another quick update with some bud porn ;-)
So i chopped all the latge amnesia branches above the screen and moved onto the bubblicious.
The amnesias yield is ompressive compared to a likely less than optimal bubblicious yield. I really believe this is the case due to first the plants genetics then my growing technique! This bubblicious' pheno is very much indica with very short and extremely bushy plant. The buds were very leafy ajd compact one bud next to the other. They were very crowded with little light penetration mainly due to how bushy the branches are. She was in the far back so i really wasnt able to defoliate like i wanted to.
So am I disappointed with her?. Yield in terms of quantity, maybe. But i have to say that the scent of this plant and the amount of resin are both so darn impressive that i really dont care about the yield at this point hah. I got twice the amount of finger and scissors hash from the few branches i trimmed than what i got from all the amnesia branches i trimmed. Also the trim ill use for bubble hash that came out of the Bubbleicious branches so far beats that of the amnesia. Ill update again maybe in a few days. This trimming job is very time consuming hah anyone wants to help .... ill order pizzas n roll them Js hah ;-)

Hey, mate! Thanks for the pictures, everything looks great and those are some nice thick buds. Well done :) How's the cure coming along?



I hear you on the genetics comment, as mine are all the same seeds but each is a vastly different plant. Looking at your pictures, I think a couple of my advanced branches look close, if not ready to go now; I'll take photos to post today. I really don't have any buds below the screen, LH stretch right? ahah. I'm going to cut at a higher point above the screen, to let those lower ones bake a little longer, as you've done. :)

Thanks bro ... still drying so will let ya know when they get jarred .... lol yeah thats right crazy stretch hah .... well if the lower buds are fine then just go ahead and chop them .... only those stranded ones id let go while i chop n trim the rest of the top branches. I also like to seperate my buds like the top fat n dense buds vs the lower fluffier ones n jar them seperately ;-) .. looking forward to seeing yours get chopped dude ;-)
That bubblicious has a lot of buds at the screen level n below. She was such a short n compact plant .... im actually debating revegging it to make her a mother ..... any clones from her will be scrogged alone or just LSTed .... debating if i have rime for tgat now ... will see

Thanks bro .... havent gotten there yet. Im still chopping and trimming. Im too busy so i can only spend an hour or two a day max doing so hah. Still got a lots of buds still drying. Im drying them very slowly. The temp in the deying room averages aeound 70 F and the rh is in the 50-60s ... as of yesterday the branches didnt snap when bent ;-) will keep ya posted

Quick update ;-)
I know many are anxious to find out whats going on here haha ... well its going still ... im still chopping drying and curing ... so far i chopped everything above the screen and a lit of it is already curing but also plenty to still dry ....
So far it seems like the amnesia will be the best yielder followed by the bubblicious then White Widow. So far what is already dry and curing weighs 512 grams. Maybe another 250g-400g by the time its all done. Will let ya know when its all over ;-)

The very fluffy and leafy buds below the screen wont even be weighed in. Those will get chopped in smaller pieces and with the trim they go for bubble hash ;-)

Alright .... Final weight:
World of seeds' Amnesia: 327g
Nirvana's bubblicious: 277g
Green house's White widow 151g
That's a total of 755g and that's almost .8 grams per watt. It's also my the largest harvest yet!
The white widow may have disappointed a little in terms of the yield but it certainly made up for it in the quality of the smoke. I don't want to get too into this now and would rather save it for the smoke report ;-)
Anyway, I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and nice holidays and until the smoke report, Happy Growin y'all!

How happy are you? Have you had an early smoke or are you being good and giving it a minimum cure period?
