the cops show up 3 weeks before harvest

people where i live get their houses searched just for people telling the cops they have guns and they didnt. It doesnt really take much to get one, specially on the east coast.

The FBI plans to conduct its own investigation into the alleged misconduct of police officers during at least three drug busts in San Francisco in recent months, an FBI spokeswoman said Friday. (Courtesy photo)

The FBI has launched a civil rights investigation into six officers caught on video allegedly raiding residential hotel rooms without search warrants.

Officers Arshad Razzak, Richard Yick, Robert Forneris, Raul Elias, Raymond Kane and Arthur Madrid are already the subject of an internal SFPD probe as well as an investigation by the District Attorney’s Office. At least three cases have been dropped or thrown out of court because video evidence appears to contradict police reports written after the fact.

On Friday, interim police Chief Jeff Godown told reporters that the plainclothes operation of Southern Station would be suspended until the Department had time to review the procedures and practices of nonuniformed police officers.

He made it clear that the problem was isolated to Southern Police Station, and that plainclothes operations would continue in the other nine police stations.

“The FBI has opened an investigation,” Godown said. “They will handle any allegations of civil rights violations.”

FBI spokeswoman Julianne Sohn confirmed the investigation but would not elaborate.

The allegations first surfaced Wednesday when Public Defender Jeff Adachi released videos of two separate narcotics busts at a South of Market residential hotel. One video shows officers bursting into a room without knocking on the door while another shows Yick covering up the surveillance camera with his hand.

The police reports paint a completely different picture, Adachi said. A third case was dismissed on Thursday.

The District Attorney’s Office is conducting a search for other cases involving the six officers, according to spokeswoman Erica Derryck. The office will then decide whether to dismiss those cases or to proceed with a prosecution.

When I prove it with supreme court ruling that is when the cowards run and try to ban me.. Funny.. pause not... Just what i would expect now that the facts are in. Not a single rebuttal now just exactly what a loser would do... Now I hope the guy that got scared by all the kick in the door nonsense can have some peace from all you don't know it alls.. I chewed gum in class and they sent me to the principle. Hey admin guy. Look at the abuse I took for stating the facts of life and when I prove it what do the hates have to say??? Why block common sense and or the truth.. U guys all communists????
you got the infraction because of the names you felt the need to call everyone. your argument would be much more valid without them. ;)

many times they wont be caught either, i hope the fbi fucking burys those cops, we have the same types of problems where i live, the cops run rampant here like gangs, doing whatever they want with no consequences because they are the law, i know a girl who was told to give an officer head or she would be put into jail...she spent 36hrs in a cell for not fucking an officer...she has no reason to lie to me

locks can be set to accept two different keys, one specific to that lock and one that fits that lock and other locks as well. it's a universal key. now they have them in electronic pass cards instead of the brass keys of years ago.

hotels have universal keys to get into any room, how else do maids and concierges get into your room?

i'm well aware of what a pass key is. what i don't understand is why the cops carry one.

In times past (and possibly still) the popular slang in S Fla was "Brass Warrant".
I recall seeing cops with a couple of pounds of keys on keyrings - they could get in anywhere.

Wrong. My uncle is a cop and I asked him. They CANT kick in your door and enter your residence unless they have probable cause that you are cultivating or manufacturing an illegal substance or plant. He is a state tropper and worked for the drug task force for 17 years.

Like I said on the food line and great law suit for the person whos rights were violated!!! Judges won't risk their necks so none of the warrantless door break ins ever work monekys. If you are on crack/paranoid and want to protect yourself, get a suvellence system for your house, I have one and guess what, I am rich. and no one breaks down doors in my hood.. Advice, move out of the shantys boys....
you go on and on about how cops CAN'T do this or that. then i show you proof they can. and your reply is "move".

who is rich and lives in a "hood"?

If you weren't on the meth maybe you would not be beating your girlfriend/boyfriend, HEHE, and calling 911 with drugs and plants everywhere around the phone... Hope your teeth rot out meth heads!!!
What the heck are you babbling about?
I give you a verifiable instance where you are wrong & you pretend it diden't happen because drugs you don't agree with were involved?
That does not change the legal facts of the incident.
And still you continue to be disrespectful.
No one else on here is stuck in the playground name calling mode, why do you have to be?

i gave him a verifiable fact as well. he simply said "those people should move".

i was at costco the other night. this lady came up to me while i was trying to load a 200 lb recumbent exercise bike into my truck. she says something about needing a few dollars. i POLITELY told her i didn't have any money. she walks over to my wife and says "i bet he never helps you either. in fact i bet he never helps anyone". it took a second to sink in before i confronted her on what she said. she started talking smack so i said "FUCK OFF LADY" and threw a handful of change on the ground. she snapped. she started screaming at the top of her lungs, "help, help, this man is trying to kill me", "he just threatened my life", "someone help me", ...... screaming and running in circles. it was 8:30 at night and there were people everywhere. i thought, ... "i'm fucked now".

False, the police can kick your door down if they even think you are growing.... Cops even lie and say they smelled drugs from outside and get a warrant to kick your door down. these are basic facts. and it happens all the time.
Tips are the number one cause for grow op bust. Why would the cops be around if they didnt think you had a grow op. Its like how would anyone know where your grow op was if you didnt get followed there.
They dont know where it is untill a snitch tells them. 1 bust of grow ops is tips. Then break in's and then maybe your power company if your running to much.
Lose lips sink ships.
Invest in a dvr camera system. You can see who has been around. Hydro/ thieves

Are you familar with this technology? I would like to have a couple cameras running just on G.P. Can you suggest a system/recorder?
What are some features that one should look for?
Thanks man.

This thread was ruined by an ignorant fuck named budmaster or whatever. Thanks a lot. I've been around enough to know the cops do what they want, and if they need a reason they can find it later.
