The Climate Change Bill everyone was talking about (important)

In the future, the sun will fry the Earth no matter who we pay taxes to.
On the other hand, I'm not condoning shitting where we eat. We definitely have to take care of the LIMITED resources we have.

There is an agenda at work here. Actually a couple of them. First, the Global Warming scam is about money and making a few people at the top VERY rich. Second, its about bringing us into a one-world governance. Simple as that.

Vi
If this werent true than the companies that were actually doing the polluting would pay the brunt of this, and not the American people. We have to pay for the energy companies to refine their services, isnt that kinda like paying Burger King to buy their new expansion franchises? I mean how much money does Exel, Cinergy etc.... make? If it is really only the cost of a postage stamp per day, which we know is a total lie if it's coming from this administration, than hey, they send their bills out to everyone, I think they can afford a stamp per day. But this administration knows they are lying about the costs, and that passing this to the energy companies alone would bury them. And thats probably one thing this socialist government does not want to take over, because they just made it a total mess.

And polar: I'm all about taking care of the earth, but why should I pay more money because buisnesses that have made empires of money are seen as polluters? I do my part, I recycle every week, I don't litter, I payed my bills, I havent made billions selling energy, someone else can cover this cost, fuck that.

Funny how he never mentions his company thats based on making tons of money from trading carbon credits. When this man dies there will be a pitchfork squarely up his ass.

I wish that would have had the entire conference on it, but I can look it up later.

All the back and forth aside, the people that find the idea of clean air so evil that he needs a
pitchfork squarely up his ass
Why should we not use ever available technology and means at our disposal to look forward and build our world/country to a better cleaner place?

The carbon in the soil was cut off and I don't know the science of it, but if there is something to it why not look into it and try to figure out if it is something to worry about (like the ancient bogs that are threatened with the perma frost melting) or if it is just something natural that is providing the plant roots with the nutrients they need to help them turn it into cleaner air for us.

We as a society have always cried that the old way is better, but we don't make buildings out of cut stone anymore we use concrete and steel. We don't slash and burn we change crops that will compliment the nutrients back into the soil that another put in. We don't don't enslave other people with whips and guns to do the work that needs to be done, we use money to enslave them now.

And if we can develope ways to have our homes run on a highly efficient level using every means of technology out there shouldn't we try to do that as well? Just because old is comfortable for now, doesn't mean it is better.

And yes Al Gore is making a killing off of his agenda, so don't listen to him, but also don't blindly listen to the people that are making their millions off of saying that there is no truth to it either.

solar panels are only at best 30% efficient ...

the WHOLE planet would need to be 100% covered in solar panels to run what we run..

some panels on your roof is not enough to run your house for 24 hours...

and its not even close

you cant just show me some graph and say LOOK GLOBAL WARMING
It may not be enough to run your house, but 6 170 watt panels run mine.

We are CARBON BASED LIFEFORMS... I'm pretty sure they already have the technology to use water as fuel to run EVERYTHING. But do you think the Powers that Be would want that? How would they control people then? Go no further then these forums what do people feed thier plants co2. What do plants create? Oxygen... If you wanna be concerned be concerned about pollution. Like the crap they put in the water, the different chemical weapons in the ocean, the radio active crap, mercury, and ect. If you are worried about carbon emissions go hold your breath so you don't breathe that dirty carbon on us.

Do you even read what people post before you stir yourself up in a frenzy to argue about it? I am saying that if there are better ways to do things to do them.

I am concerned about pollution. The crap they put into the ground, the water, and the air.

If we are able to have hydrogen run everything that gives off water vapor we should! If we can use that along with the free solar rays, and the free wind, and the .... we should!

But why would you be for one thing, but not the other? So what if the powers that be don't want us to not rely on them, if we could quit arguing and worrying about things that are not important and worst untrue, and work towards a better world intelligently we should.

Let people figure out ways to make money with these things and keep screaming for things like better solar panels, and new better technologies, cleaner fuels, better food, on and on until they are forced to do it. Then deal with the haters that are pissing and moaning about the bills being passed now to get money into the hands of the people doing just that.

Why piss and moan everytime Gore talks about these things is beyond me, it is not like he matters. If nothing else he is someone that is trying to expand our infrastructure beyond the messy types we have now.

Instead of "drill baby, drill!" we should be saying "Invent and improve baby, invent and improve!"

Good lord, I voted for Obama and am very glad he won, but I never had any illusions that I would get more money back. That is just dumb.

The "invention" is already here. Its called Nuclear Power Plants. Until the so-called "environmentalists" start discussing nuclear energy, they are just pissing in the wind. (no pun intended).

did yall know we have enough natural gas in America to supply the entire US's energy needs for 20 years? yep and the govt keeps it quite and hands off!

I agree Nuclear plants are very important for the massive electricity that we use and will always have a place in our needs. And we have it in massive use, and will continue to build more. But it cant stop there. But the toxic waste is still a long term issue that needs to always be addressed until we solve that riddle.

In the meantime Solar could help lessen the need for more plants. And there is always the scare that (I know it is not even close to the same danger as it once was) of explosions or being targets for terrorist attacks (Luckily they didn't hit them with planes in 2001).

imho the best way to deal with toxic waste from nuclear facilities is to load it up on a rocket and send it straight into the sun

is this such a bad idea?.

With the cost of a single launch around $1.3 billion.

And the fact that sending in a bunch of radioactive waste into a large ball of unstable hydrogen scares the piss out of me if it were to create some type of reaction (even if small one since it could cause sun spots altering our temp) due to us not wanting to spend the same amount on solar panels for every American home due to pride of not wanting to admit it is a good idea.
