Say you had a budget of $600CAD for grow lights in a 4x4 tent (4 plants)? I want a light that has 660nm/UV/IR and whatever all in one. I want to make my setup as simple as possible.

Grab two 240w kits, either separate heat sinks or two boards on one. You could buy a 550 copy but you will have hot spots. Your choice. Spectrum choice is personal preference and purpose.

If you want to keep it simple, I would buy two of the qb288 kits that have the 301b/h with the cree 660 730 and Uv. If it’s your veg/flower tent I’d probably go 3500k since you’ll have the added cree 660’s to compensate for the lower red amounts in the 3500k Samsung’s.

Does this almost answer itself? boards from kb/meijiu/somewhere else on single heatsinks, no body have tested them against eachother so noone knows which is best. Maybe checkingnout migros channel on youtube i think he tested some. If the chinese have enough guts to send him a board it might be this is the best one? Not sure. 4-6 boards on either 2x 240 drivers (my preference) or a 480 driver.
Id also price out 4x high light boards from @Grow Lights Australia with the same drivers. Ive seen these win in flower and they would do uv/ir (ir in this case is not really ir, its far red), they have it built into its white spectrum. These won over several other approaches that had samsungs plus monos (like these ali boards) but the boards and monos they won over were hlg built; id expect them to have better quality than ali boards. This would be the top alternative id say.

I prefer A or ideally AB drivers. They give you voltage adjustment which is nice for protecting your boards, also seems to have a bit extra power.

Yup, you have to select request refund. Tell her you need the packages sooner than the supplied shipping date. If she resists contact Alibaba directly.
Did you pay with a credit card? If going through Ali is becoming a pain, call the credit card company and state that you wish to cancel the transaction due to the supplier providing you a later shipping date than initial agreed upon.

Hopefully it doesn't come to that because I already tried to go through card company directly instead of doing all that farting around with that because my wife is sleep where our desktop was at at the time and that's only way to do it right now. Debit card company said I have to wait 5 days because it's just pending and can't do nothing until it's an actual transaction or the seller releases it or some dumb shit so I just got done doing the refund on their site. Let's see how smoothly this goes. What a pain in the ass. Wish I wasn't so impatient but I am and you never know if shipping from them will be further delayed by then if that shit gets worse so screw it for now on the China boards for me

Since I'm over my initial planned expenditure by a lil over 100 bucks so far can someone please help me with a quality economical cord option? I'm having a hell of a time narrowing in on a final decision and also having trouble finding a longer cord so I don't end up needing extension cords too. I'm thinking 12ish feet should give me plenty of room to play with since my tent is 6.6' tall. Got everything else picked out and ordered and I'm sitting here stuck on the friggin cord, smdh.

Went with 4 of these in 4k for now and got 4 hlg-120-54a drivers, wagos and cord connectors off Amazon. Then got 4 RapidLED potentiometers now I'm just trying to find 12' cords and I'm set until I get closer to flower then I'm probably gonna add another 3 or 4 of this size in 3k. Hopefully this stupid virus shit has blown over by then so I can save a few bucks. All said I done it would have been around 160 dollars cheaper to just wait on the China boards but I'm the epitome of an impatient American so fuck it. To make myself feel better I'm trying to convince myself that at least now I'll know for sure that I'll be getting the new lm301h diodes because a Canadian company would never do ya wrong eh.

One last post just to say Kingbrite did the right thing and got my refund resolved in a nice and timely manner. Good on them and because of this I'll probably give them another shot in the future. Sucks that it's gonna take 10 days for the bread to get back in my account but shit happens and at least I'm not stuck waiting.
