Can anyone recommend a v8 plus pickup truck. I'm sick of cars and suvs I have no purpose for them. What are the best older trucks mid 80s and later? I want something with a carburetor.
not as of yet torontoke.. i was just looking on craigslist locally, and saw maybe one or two, but nothing really. not to mention all the time spent on the samba.. i'll find something..

Anything with a 350.
68 step side with the "raised" hood goes hard.
I got one canary yella.
How do you feel about wood in the bed of the truck? Ohh just gorgeous if kept up

I was just thinking some stupid car nonsense.
I have terrible taste in cars though. "My 5th bow down like its time for prayer"

Every truck guy has their favorite brand. They all really have pros and cons.
I drive a late 90's f150 because it rides like a cadillac. I hit two foot potholes and dont even ash on myself lol
Its not carburated but not many of those still on the road as daily drivers around here.
If you really want it that old then i would say an old chev with a 350 or a ford would be your best bet.

I need it to haul wood and trailer (big loads) and plow the drive way. I have a camper that I can pull with my current vehicle but its too much stress cars rated for 5000 and the camp is 3800 dry. With the tow haul on I feel like im pushing it to go over 40mph. Anyone want to buy a suv just ask.

If your name has anything to do with it I would say you like racing. Just an observation.

For actual work i would go dodge, diesel obviously, 90's. And they can take some serious mileage.
My family privides all the fire wood for rudys and many other restaurants in all parts of tx. They can take a beating and ive personally seen 700,000+ miles on em, my cousin has 3 or 4 of em
Id still go chevy oldschool if thats not your goal
, 68 is my favorite year.
Plus theyre just sexy all around

And that patina thing is no good for me, i mean i could see it being really cool if thats your thing, but im not the type to get my pants with holes in em either. Where in from house of kolor is popular, not just the brand but the extravagance, looking at a candy blue car drive by with obviously a different color underneath and another in the flake
With so many layers you think you can jump in for a dive or maybe munch on the door. That syrup coat, paint looks wet...but im heavily southern influenced..am an all around car guy though, my first passion

Ya i agree
My car actually has hok paint because i said fuk it im only painting it once might as well go all out.
The paint on my car is always the first thing people comment on.
If it is a true og paint on a car then i could see not painting it if it doesnt need it but then i wouldnt clear coat it either.
All the patina guys usually use a rust inhibitor sealer clear and that isnt og either.
