dammit racerboy! now i want one! a 917 would be so fun to drive around the track. problem is even one like the one in the first video still would cost a good million dollars easy.

oh hell yah.. i read motorsport magazine all the time, and in the back of it they have a classified section where you can often buy old f1 racers and can am cars.. it's probably my favorite part of the magazine, lol...

no shit?? might have to get a subscription than and check it out. whats the cheapest you can get an old f1 car for still running?

that's the thing, often times they will only be complete rollers, no engines..
once in awhile thought they have complete old f1 cars with the engine and all.. they're fairly cheap imo, maybe about $200k or so for a car with no real pedigree, ran in a few races, never a winner, etc, etc..

i'm pretty sure motorsport is a british rag, but i love it.. tons of articles / pix of pretty much anything involved in motorsport from the 50's up till about the 80s or so i'd say..

i'll try and find a link for some of their ads..

That's what got me loving it too! It's not the best car out there but damn, it looks so cool! It's definitely looks like a 'next gen' car just like the Audi A9 concept car (photo attached - it looks incredible tbh). audi a9 jizztacular.jpg

lol that(white no window thing) car looks like the cars in the 90s movie demolition man, terrible.

Nice z/28 never see them in that nice of shape around here. I always liked the trans-ams better tho......... fuck im white trash
