My Setup:

Grow Lab 80 (3x3X5)
Sun systems 400 Watt HPS
188 CFM fan (exhaust/light cooling)
2 6" clip on fans (set high for circulating)
1 12" floor fan (for rez and cool air exchange)

Soil girls: Captian's Kush, Cheese

5 gallon pots
FFOF soil
full fox farm nutrient lineup

Clones planted on 9/13

Hydro girls: Strawberry Cough, Dream Queen

General Hydro Waterfarm (modified with 6" air stones in the rez)
General Hydro Flora series 3 part nutes
Fox farm solubles during flower

SC planted 9/13
DQ planted 9/30

Light schedule is currently at 18/6. I will be switching to 12/12 in the next week. The girls are extremely stinky already and fill the house with Terpenes (that chlorophyll skunk smell) at 4 am, it was so potent the other night it actually woke me up.

Pics will be in the next post.

Next grow:

GH Lemon Skunk, DNA Chocolope, Seedsman True Skunk #1 & Mandala Hashberry

A Quick update.

I tied the strawberry cough down in several places to get some more like to the ,middle of the bush in preperation for the switch to 12/12 next week. I did the same to my fimmed Captain's kush. doing this should allow me to take a few clones before the switch.

The Dream Queen really got some height from yesterday, probably a good 1.5 to 2 inches, obviously her roots are nicely established and she is feeding freely.

The cheese is still bushing out like no ones business, I am hoping the stretch isnt too bad with any of these girls, especially the strawberry as she is already the tallest of the girls.

I will start out with some bud shot of some XXX x Chem Dawg I vegged briefly and threw outside to finish. I didnt expect her to turn out the way she did and am desperately trying to clone her

Now for the indoor garden update...

I am getting the girls ready to flower and have tied the long branches down to get more light into the plants interior. I did this to get a couple clones from two of the girls, my Captain's Kush and the strawberry cough.

Here is the whole garden

The plants are really crammed in there and I am having to get creative in placement.

Here is the Captain's Kush tied down, spread out to get as much light as possible.

Here is the cheese, I didn't bother to tie her down because her canopy is light enough to provide plenty of light to all the branches.

This is the Dream Queen, AKA Green Crack, she started slow but has really come on strong the last few days and I am sure she will be ready when I go to 12/12

And last but certainly not least, the Strawberry Cough. She was also tied down to get her inner canopy more light. She is a beast and worthy of cloning. Totally nutrient hardy and as the pics show, a monster under the right conditions.

Feed back and constructive criticism appreciated, if your gonna be a dick, don't bother. kiss-ass

I appreciate the positive replies, thanks fellas.

I switch my timer over to 12/12 today and switched out the rez's on the hydro girls.

I completely cleaned and sterilized the rez's and air stones in a two step process. I use HOT water and an antibactierial soap in the first part, rinse, then I let them air dry and once they are dry I wipe them down inside and out with an alcohol soaked paper towel, air dry and filled them with RO and the following nute mix:

GH FLora:

Grow: 5 ML
Micro: 10 ML
Bloom: 15 ML

FF Cha Ching: 1/2 TSP

I let this sit for about 5 minutes them stir it with a wide, slotted spatula. First PH came out at 5.1 so a few drops of PH up and I was sitting pretty at 5.7

I also made up the first 2 weeks of flower nutes for the soil girls. Recipe is 1 gallon of RO +

Fox Farm
Big Bloom:1 TSP
Tiger Bloom: 2 TSP
Cha ching: 1/2 TSP

PH'd it to 6.5 and I am good to go.

And the waiting game begins....bongsmilie

Day two of flower and nothing new to report. Stems are starting to point upward, readying for the stretch, female pre flowers are already evident, not a surprise since they are all clones.

Took two clones from the strawberry cough, they are peculating in my homemade bubble cloner and as soon as those root I will take a few more from her and my kush girl.

I am planning on doing a SOG grow on the next round, if I can get the right pots I am planning on 16 plants in tall (like 10"-12") 6"X 6" pots and veg them for a week to get their roots going then flip em to 12/12. I am still in the planning stage. Readers are invited to comment or give advise.

I reorganized the room to give the girls more space. My humidity was getting a little high at 51% average with the lights on. The branches are continuing to grow upward and all the girls seems to be popping nodes on top of nodes...Very nice!

I germed an SF cannabis cup winner seed, Bonanny Afghani and she popped today. Have her in my makeshift veg/cloning room under 24 hour flouros and is so far doing well.

My Chem Dawg x XXX is done drying and tastes just like diesel, the taste surprised me. I will give it a few more days in the jar and see how she shapes up.

The bleu cheese, regular cheese and the hindu kuch skunk I have outside are a few weeks from harvest.

The bleu cheese has about 80% cloudy trichs and should be ready any day now.

The cheese is about 50%, I expect her to go another 7-10 days.

The hindu kush skunk it about 15% cloudy, will give her 14 to 21 more days.

All the trichs were viewed under 100x magnification.

Well I needed an excuse to light proof the rez's so I did a nute change. Tons of bud sites are present all over the upper canopy.

I added the following mix to RO

1/2 a tsp of open sesame
5 ML gro
10 ML micro
15 ML bloom

PH'd to 5.8 and I am good to go.

I light proofed the res by covering the outside with foil tape, highly reflective and seems to work really well.

The Bonanny Afghani is growing well but stretched a bit. I covered her to the 1st set of leaves with more FFOF.

The XXX x Chem dawg is already showing small but new vegetative growth and I am confident that she will be making a comeback as a mom.

I am still waiting on my seeds from The Attitude and look forward to the package.

That strawberry cough is fucking insane. You have great internode length on HER. Are the leaves droopy or do they just look that way in pic a little bit and are really just heavy?

Honestly, she has some of the thickest and heaviest leaves I have seen on a plant of her size. Definitely a gorilla. I will update with some new pics tomorrow because the last pics where when she was still tied down and I have since freed her so she can go vertical.
