Long time lurker, finally ready to get serious.
For my first grow, I limped through it. Had lots of plans but little time to maintain and improve. I grew mothers in soil, cloned in aero and veg/flowered in DWC for my first grow. The mothers failed miserably, clones had a fair success rate (all rooted but some took off faster), and the DWC blew me away. They grew into massive bushes under a couple of CFLs. I had terrible conditions as I rushed into my first grow. The space was under a staircase and made tending my garden dreadful (part of why the moms in the back failed)
. This time, I built a closet from the floor up and am ordering the last pieces I need to build a nifty RDWC system. I am flowering in the top half and vegging in the bottom. I will grow under 250 air cooled HPS. I'll have my flowering plants in netpots/hydroton, sitting in short totes. this gives me extra headroom but allows for a 6 gal reservoir for 2 plants to share. I will have two of these hooked up to a control res. I will also have a float valve and top off from a larger res of PHed water. I'm psyched for RDWC because of easier res changes and ph/ppm control. How do I sign up for the group?

Been a member of RIU for about a month now. Got A LOT of good advice from Roseman on the Bubbleheadz site as well as everyone from RIU. My wife and I are on our first grow and guess what....our bubble grow is going FANTASTIC! Thanx and REP to all of you
