I do pecs/lower back...bi/tri...legs..shoulders/upper back n abs everyday n repeat..shoulders n upper backs the killer,fucking hate that day lol. I stayed away from cardiovascular cuz if I did it all in that time it was enough cardiovascular for me n my problems keeping on weight (n I use to be a fat cunt lol) but I'd often blend an advacado in with my shakes for added quality cals n eat what I want once I have my quality meals a day.

I got a Fitbit to keep track of how much my lazy ass walks and it also tracks my sleep intervals. nifty device, tells the time and how many flights of stairs as well. no heart rate on this model. you can also set a timer during specific exercise times. all the data syncs to graphs on iphone

Might be small but looks healthy mate, was gonna try putting 1 clone that rooted straight into 12/12 to see what it would turn out like...cant be worse than the chunk lol

I got to run that auto plant i started now in 12/12 cos got no room in veg area, so see what disaster that will become..
