Since when did offering crap become good business sense? Fem seeds are crap, I don't care what argument you make, fem seeds are right up there with auto's, pure fucking crap.

That's good to know about the OG18 since I have 5 of those that are next in line to finish and select a mother.. lol. Prolly be tossing those after a bunch of hard work too... They look great at the moment. oh well, that just moves my Leia OG and Candy Drop up next, which I can't wait to get going

I'm a G13 Labs fan. They have never let me down no matter what strain I have grown from them. The PE and SS were the best so far and are keepers in most gardens.
I also like DNA/RP but sometimes get herm issues. Paradise has some good strains as well. CC and Sensi were a big let down.

I have had a ton of luck with the OG #18. Just planted 2 more to replace my moms. Got a slightly weak one due to leaves dying after being topped but she's healthy as hell now. The other plant is just a magnificent specimen. I believe she is the very rare purple pheno and I will try to post pics once I know what the buds look like. She is completely purple from the bottom of the stem to the top. It almost looks black. I topped her 2 times in a week and she hardly noticed. Healthy as hell. serious seeds is a winner in my eyes ak47, white russian, bubblegum, chronic, kalimist and some other strains they've taken over from another breeder, don't know what the story is there but i have smoked serious seeds ak47, bubblegum on a few occasions and highly rate them both, i've grown there chronic and white russian both good yeilders but i found the russian to be the better smoke as it was alot more potent....well proven breeder mate maybe something to think about

That's cool you got the rare pheno, that's why we all like to try beans, lookin' for that awesome pheno! Maybe I'll have some good luck with mine, they look very healthy, still under 1 foot tall.

hey gud, i've grown g13 labs diesel, but at the time it wasn't called raw diesel, not sure if it's the same strain or not as the one i grew is no longer available, so not sure if they just switched names or watt the dillio..
i think she flowered for around 9 weeks or so if i remember right.. it was a long ass time ago, but it was a really nice smoke from what i remember.. i abused the shit out of her and she still did well..

Wow pull your head out of the sand buddy! Honestly are you too dumb to see there is value in increasing the chances of having female plants from seed (even at the cost of more chance of herm)? If you are too thick to figure it out, let me help by saying this:
I was spending $100 for a quarter ounce of SHIT on the street and between me and my partner needing something like +15g a week. Things held up my grow so i needed to get right in with quick strains and get a result ASAP to stop bleeding my budget dry. I didn't have the time to set up mothers and then clone and then see which of the clones could even be used. So this is what I did.
I had 6 fem seeds. 4x barney's LSD, 1x dinafem diesel, 1x dinafem critical +. All 6 germinated and all 6 are female NO HERMIE (this time). I filled every little bit of my tent and they were topped and then trained in to the space they sat from start to finish. I quite possibly could have (and will have to in the future untill i get stable mother plants) pull out plants that herm too bad or are not female at all but what do you think would of happened if I used regular seed? (since i like i said i had no time to wait for a mother and clones). I'll tell you what- my grow before that had 8 reg seeds in, 4 hindu kush and 4 mazar. I ended up with 2 mazar and 1 hindu. Half the space was therefore empty.
Sorry this is off topic from who is the best breeders. I can't input because i've never bought from the same breeder and same strain enough times to know what is luck or not.

Sorry, not yet. The RD is next after I replace my SS. I've done their Pure Power, Hash Plant, Super Skunk, Skunk #1, Pineapple Express, Blueberry Gum, White Widow, and Purple Haze.
Had 2 phenos of their BlueGum...didn't like either but they grew healthy and yeilded well. Just wasn't for me in the taste and high dept. The PPower, HPlant and Skunk #1 were all healthy and yeilded well. Good and potent but not dank.
The WW and PHaze were just below dank. The PHaze was especially good and the taste was awesome. You could taste the haze and feel the head high. Problem with this plant is it refuses to go more than 1 main cola. Good for a sative like sog with very long main colas.
The SSkunk is downright nasty. Smelly as hell if you get the right pheno and the taste is among the best. Gonna bring this one back soon.
Last is the PExpress. I think most of you know of her by now. I'm finally changing out my moms and got a fresh pack of 5. This girl will not leave my garden..................ever. 4 out of the 5 new moms are gorgeous. I will pick the best 3. I love how she gets me high and then a few hours later the feeling is gone and I never even knew I came down. No crash at all with her.
I also have their Hypnotic in veg and got a runt out of the Sour/AK freebie a while back.
The RDeisel is next with my SS so it wont be ready for a few months. I also wanted to try those GDaddy Purps but they sold out fast at Attitude as well as the Mosca C99 Bx.
Anyone know how the Sensi Star is from Paradise?

who was offering the Granddaddy on attitude?<FOUND IT It's all about finding a special pheno you like and keeping it or breeding in the trait yourself. A lot of strains out have so much potential genetic variations that could just pop out of nowhere. I am keeping a lemony Satori from Mandala from last year. They seem to offer something different. I also keep an indica I acquired from some oldtimer. Don't know the origin and don't care, It's damn good.

Hey Tip top,
I think we're on the same page here except for the first part of your statement. I beleave that a strain STARTS with a cross. The problem is many of the so called strains these days are not worked on and stabilized like you speak of and are marketed as strains but are just F1s. Then the breeders (read pollen chuckers) cross 2 of these F1s and the result can be popping the same pack of 10 beans and getting as many phenos many of which lack any vigor or the original desirable traits.
..almost forgot about the instability also leading to huge outbreaks of chicks with dicks, hermies

yea, its pretty good with potency and yield, smells like lemons and tastes like lemons and mint, i grew Paradise Sensi star alongside Delta 9 labs: Super star (Sensi star x Sensi star) for comparison (regular seeds) and the super star outperformed the sensi star, better lemon smell (almost like nice lemon tea) and better vigor. faster onset of tolerance though. quicker hitting high and more potent imo. paradise sensi star, if you are interested is a strain i have no qualms recommending to others, its impressive and STABLE.

Thx for the heads up TCB. I'm looking to do a nice sog with a few different genetics. Trying to keep them short and stocky. Getting rid of my tall growers like Blue Hashplant.

I grew out a pack, 4 were very similar and one was a little hazier and took about 2 weeks longer. I kept my favorite of the 4 which has kind of a slightly fruity (not sweet), little hashy, flavor. Its got that weird funk I associate with kush strains. Its hard to describe exactly what it taste like, not very dieselly though. The buzz is powerful and sativa dominant if you don't smoke to much. I have two different friends that think its their absolute favorite.
