so can lumens. it just doesn't mean anything to plants.plants see light differently than we do. compare the SPD of your light to the measured absorption spectrum of cannabis plants. if you did your research as you instructing others to do then you would know what plants use this spectrum thats missing from COBs for.you could learn a lot from experienced growers here
PAR stands for photosynthetically activate rediation it's exactly what the plant clorophills crave like crack so no you were incorrect PAR HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH PLANT GROWTH

Par isnt everything and is only one half of the story of light. Lumens have been found to be more important in high light situations than par in many studies, green light has been shown to penetrate the leaf fully and more deeper into the canopy and no mention of the cartenoid and xanthophyll spectrums.

Just targeting chlorophyll is no where near as effective as targeting the fuller spectrum and then with enough lumens par is irrelevant as enough photon energy will drive fast lush growth.

Led grower hump that par shit way too hard that thats the only half of the debate they ever bang on about!
