Please dont be rude. its been 1 day these companies are busy as they stated, it hasnt even been 24 hours and your yelling at them saying you sent messages and emails , they offered free product and its been a few days after the new year which is exceptionally busy for most small businesses.
 
The problem with society....
Get something given to you for free then be an ass because you didn't get it that second. Brutal.
I say pick someone else
