Stock up on your medecine, get some seeds, and start growing your own because this is the beginning of the end for medical marijuana. Of course the government is painting the picture that dispensories and growers in Cali are supplying the nation with illegal pot, implying that they have ruined it for everyone. Think of the children, and start by closing dispensories near schools, because those evil pot heads are targeting children now because, you know, those school kids have sooo much disposable income that they can afford a $60 bag of weed.

The road to federal MMJ law or outright legalization has to come either through Congress or the courts. While there are efforts underway in Congress, in order for the courts to be involved will require cases. What is going on in California will certainly bring those. It will become a states rights thing real quick, especially with the fiscal condition we have.

Obviously I don't agree with all of this, but I do feel some of it is justified.

The west has such a "my way or the highway" attitude about mmj that they literally spit on the federal law books. I understand all the justifications of why states are allowed to develop their own mmj laws and leagalize it in their own state, however to what extent can you do it without making the government really angry?

In my state we can only possess 2.5 ounces, 12 veg-12 flowering. We don't even have dispensaries because of all of the federal pressure.

When I see states where you can grow supposivly 100 plants and possess a half a pound, dispensaries as plentiful as candy shops. Even as a patient, I think these people are pushing the current social acceptance of our practice.

well, probably gonna take 10 years for the governments to burn everything to shit.

the NWO is probably gonna step up with some charismatic fool at that time, promise alot of shit.

of course that plan will go down the toilet in flames, if people are foolish enough to buy it.

though if they do, its all done, we will mostly have to start again at the beginning.

The Tenth Amendment states: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Consider that alcohol prohibition required an amendment to the Constitution in order to enact it, and another amendment to remove it. Where is the amendment making drugs illegal at the federal level?

Here's the problem: we are being controlled by out of control regulatory agencies. Their regulations have no constitutional authority. How can they get away with this? Americans are stupid, that's why.

Most Americans today cannot name their representative in Congress. They don't know how many Senators their state has. Hell, they can't even name the Vice President. So, how can we expect them to know anything about the Tenth Amendment or why the Founders put that Amendment into the Constitution?

The FDA, BATF, OSHA and the EPA are out of control. The answer for true change is to elect as many fiscally conservative candidates as possible. This election cycle listen to what they say, not how they say it.

Screw empty slogans like "hope and change." Screw milk-toast answers to tough questions. Any applicant to the highest post in the land should be able to give straight forward answers. Herman Cain, Michelle Bachmann, and Ron Paul are good examples of what I'm saying here.

I agree, in part. Regulatory agencies are out of control. At the same time, I do not want pharma to be able to foist bad drugs on an unsuspecting public, employers able to use unsafe practices, or companies able to pollute the air and water (I'm ok with getting rid of BATF). The other problem with conservatives is how much they want to cut in other areas as well. We have become too much of a welfare state, but they want to pretty much eliminate social programs..too much, too quickly.

according to politifact, only 8 out of 42 stand-out 'quotes' from michelle bachman rank as half true or better. so on average, 1 out of 5 things she says are out right lies.

as for Herman Cain, he doesn't fair much better... he even confuses the Constitution with the Declaration of Independence... and he plays the race card better than any obama supporting liberal out there..

. 'When Margaret Sanger - check my history - started Planned Parenthood, the objective was to put these centers in primarily black communities so they could help kill black babies before they came into the world' - Herman Cain....

Assuming your facts are correct, your math is off a little :) 8 out of 42 being half true or better means that 4 out of 5 are outright lies.

My dispensary has a grower that pulls up in a 80,000$ corvette. The good weed at all these ' medicine ' clubs is called 'top shelf' and it sells for 60$ for a measly 3.7 -4 grams. If there is anyone confused as to why the Feds are coming to end the party your fing BURNT out your gord. I personally was disappointed with every dispensary I've ever been to. The black market moved right into these shit hole dispensarys and kept the prices the same. Cost to run a 99 plant garden is 10-15000 from scratch. Any grower worth a shit can clear 80,000$ eeeeeeeaaaasy. Non profit? Wwwaaaaa the Feds are coming waaaa LMAO reap what you sow I'm growing for personal and my bud will be top shelf and damn cheap all for me

In all fairness, lots of people confuse things said in the Declaration as being in the Constitution, but hardly anyone is as ill informed as Bachmann

I wrote Obamma...Did you?
Go to MPP.org maybe even Norml and I am sure it is canned and ready for you too... I added this after the canned part about him reneging on his word (for what it is worth?)

Here is the part I tuned up.

Truly the sad part of this whole thing is the way a wonderful plant was
railroaded and put into prohibition for the greed of a Timber mill. Not
only does if cure Cancer, it is a plant that when grown as Hemp; can be
turned into paper, clothes, particle board, studs/beams for building,
fuel and is medicine that has been used for over 5000 years through out
eastern Medicine. Did you know that 1 acre of hemp generates enough
pulp to equal 4 acres of trees? Google Rick Simpsons Cancer cure for
testimonial and proof after Western Dr's signed off on these people.
Watch Hemp Revolution for yet another American resource ignored.

Business interests have been paying politicians to create laws that protect their product and revenue streams. All natural, cheap, renewable, sustainable, multi purpose, beneficial, Fair trade, etc does not make a good business model or promote greed. Let's face it this is a materialistic society whereby all of the jackals continuously fight and back stab for their piece of the carcass. So pretend you want peace and harmony all the while scheming to one up the Joneses. Run little lemmings, run with the crowd and take us all over the cliff with you. You wanted your cheap Chinese goods, instant gratification, $30 per hour to sit on your ass and wallow in your own narcissism because you ignorantly bought into the bullshit that you are special, that you matter, you are an individual, you can do anything you want to, you are entitled just because your father magically, mystically shot his divine load into your mother, a gift of the divine, so ensuring immortality to a species and belief system. You are not just a collection of particles, you are more, more, MORE than that and you want more meaning, more purpose, more posessions, more life, more happiness, more, more, more omniscient, more omnipotent, a perfect creation of the divine, never wrong, always the right hand.

Since the corporate world now has 100% control over our government...what else do you expect???????

As of 2010 corporations can funnel unlimited funds in their political interests - they have more rights then people - this is just the beginning of total corporate rule. You were pissed off because they were cutting down trees before but now they will be cutting down freedom.

Dr Paul is the only choice for US president that will work to end prohibition and corporatism...The only politician running that doesn't receive corporate funds.

To the people saying California was asking for it because your state doesn't have all the dispensaries and blah blah blah YOUR NEXT!
