Never had a problem with them, did you confront them? What's their policy on situations like this?
Do you think it could of maybe been mail service? Maybe a bastard mail man stomped on your mail?

I highly doubt that was attitude. over 10 seed orders this year alone from attitude. not a single tampered with, or crushed seed.
if you got stealth your seeds should be covered once by providing the pics you have. if not, then you should have got the stealth guarantee.

everything has always been good with tude except my last order. i accendiently put 9749 instead of 8749 for my address and they wont do anything. i understand its my fault but still man i havnt recieved my pakage and usps said its being returned to sender. that was 14 of nov. come dec 5th they still wont help resolve this problem. and i only orderd 1 pax of cali connection seeds to recieve a free 10 pac of chem91.
i give them a 3!

Looks like shitty postal service problems. I would contact Attitude and give them the opportunity to do the right thing. If they don't, then I can vouch for Sannies Seeds for both quality of strains/seeds and after sales service in the rare event that anything goes wrong.

Feel for you bud, that is really shitty. You don't sound like a dick at all to me, I think you're very restrained. Hardcore ranting would not have been out of order.

I'm thinking customs opened your stuff, crushed them and then sent them to you to finish their journey. I've always gotten the tins with a t shirt option and have gotten every single order (maybe 20 over the years) with not one problem.

was the customs label ripped open when your package arrived? if so chances are customs opened your package and crushed your shit...

when ordering from the attitude you always want to buy a t shirt, wallet or coffee mug for thier insurance "gaurenteed delivery" that way if this happens you simply call them up and they ship another order.

i just got my seeds in on thursday and all of them looked fine except one of the freebies which was already partially germinated and then dried out. i only noticed it because i looked really hard.

i have e mailed them and heard nothing back yet so im going ot give them a 8 this is my second order from them

I ordered 2 times from them and the package was good in a double protected Plastic Bubble Wrap with a cool T-shirt . check the bubble wrap if is popped .

That's definitley dock damage. Got run over or caught in a sorting machine. Those sorting and shipping stations are big places and they handle millions of pieces of mail a day. Moving that much material around, your bound to fuck up some of it up. In this case, I think you got the slimy end of the stick from the Royal Post or USPS. I know that won't make you feel any better, but I don't think Attitude deserves the ding on this one. I've gotten 2 orders from them to date and one of them came just a few days ago with no problems. That's not near enough for me to be able to say with any authority that this isn't possible from them, but I will say though, going on their reputation on the boards, I wouldn't guess it's too likely.

if it was going to the states, you would have got nothing but a letter. so i think you were having them delivered to canada, and they will open and crush them and send them to you. if you live in canada, order from a canadian seed bank. imo

if you take pics and send to the tude they may reship if you got the guarrantee.

i've seen this more than once on canadian orders as well.. seems canada customs likes to make you think you're still getting your gear, only to open it and find smashed beans in the place of healthy ones.. i would take a customs letter over that any day of the week honestly...

if you got a guarantee option you should be golden, if not, you're sol, tha'ts why i follow the golden rule of getting guaranteed..

I've never had a problem shipping with Attitude, but I always order with the tin box. My only gripe is sometime the "UFO freebies" have a low germ rate and I suspect the fill in with old seed stock.

I personally have never placed an order, but mt friend does pretty regularly, and has for a good while, and I have never heard him have nothing but awesome things to say about attitude. My next grow, I will definently go with the tude for my seeds.

The reason I don't think it's a customs issue is that the seeds that were in the plastic tube seem to be intact. The bag they were in is poped, just like a sealed potato chip bag would be if you put it on the floor and steped on it. Unless I'm not seeing the damage on the tubed beans.

That is definitely something out of the ordinary. Like Droopy said it probalbly got caught in a machine or something. My stuff from them is always in good condition.
