The #1 Thing I've Learned as a Noob Grower

Is PATIENCE!! I've never successfully grown anything before this. I decided I was going to do a CFL ghetto grow with two Hindu Skunk clones, and that my main focus was going to be on LEAVING THEM ALONE. These pics are at week 6, and I'm pretty damned pleased...they aren't stretched and the buds are more dense than I expected. Everything I've read says that the buds will really fill out during the next few weeks. I would say I can't wait, but as it turns out...I CAN. Based on looks alone, I'm guessing I will yield 2-3 oz. Does this seem reasonable???

add some pk 13/14 mate the plants are screaming out for some the buds will double in size

Right now I'm just giving them molasses (1 tbsp/gal)... What else would you suggest? Also...how can you tell? What is screaming at you?
