THC bomb and mystery plants under 400 watt hps

Hey RUI, I have 3 thc bombs and 3 mystery plants, there 3 weeks in and i think they should be bigger. the first two weeks they where under cfls and just this last week they where under a 400 watt hps and they nearly doubled in size. how much longer do you think i have to veg before i flower? I know that you can flower them whenever you want but when would you flower them? i am actaully very excited because i already counted 6 tops on one of my plants and im gettin alot more. i just topped it a second time and im seeing about 10 tops on this. this is on a plant that has been vegging longer that the others. im lsting it too lol. I dont see how i could have a bad outcome with 10 tops. ;-)

This has been discussed a lot.....
Well take into consideration that your girls are gonna double/triple their size the first 2 or 3 weeks into flower and some sativas will stretch even more and you dont want to grow up to the bulb....also 400 watters wont penatrate through the canopy that much so you will lose a lot of lumans
