that neon green bag appeal.....

My buddy came to work with a bag today and I was absolutely floored... He gets his meds from a local dispensary and up until now I've been unimpressed~
He claims it was Girl Scout Cookies...so I'll assume it was. I've never seen weed this bright green!!! Over the years I've seen a few that came close but this was like Kermit the frog green...lol~
Anyway... my question is, Is this genetic?? I'm curious what this looks like when it's growing... I'd probably think it was severely deficient and KILL it with nutrients...lol!!!
Just curious if anyone has any insight...lol~

The seeds being bright green like that can be attributed to one of two main causes:
-Genetics
-plant is fresh off the plant and not dried all the way
Considering that its from a dispensary its most likely properly dried.
Ive had bright green so I know what you mean. strains like Medusa, Trainwreck and g13 are usually bright green.
