Once the "Hill" fully realizes the tax revenue they will generate + the amount they will save from prosecuting/detaining offenders. The laws will change. Too much money for them to keep turning away. Same with online gambling. This wont happen of course until the politicians who are up there now, who got their seats from the Pharm. contributions, get replaced with younger, more modern thinking people. Either the voters will wise up soon or the politicians will get to old and die. Either way a change is a comin !!!!

facts to back up what man? Everything I said, or about Oaktown's 357?do you have facts to back this or are you speculating?
the problem is not so much the people as it is the city of "Oaksterdam". we have strict regulations in my city. we don't allow it to be tossed in the streets freely. maybe you should start with the mayor. then work your way from there.
that the government is shutting it down.

I'm not saying the federal gov. IS going to shut it down, was just commenting that they ARE attempting to , in a few different ways. As you know , they are currently trying to disrupt and stop the dispenceries from functioning via DEA raids and legal actions against property owners. Congress is still being payed by the drug industry to keep medical marijuana down as much as possible. We just can't secure near enough votes to end the federal threat. There are 125+ million ultra conservative / bible thumpers pressuring congress to not only keep marijuana from getting closer to being legal, but also to get rid of medical MJ programs nationwide.SO many people still see MJ as " the devil ".Then when I see all the 22 year olds with their medical MJ paperwork selling most or all of their harvests to non patients.Same with many of the people I dealt with up north. I don't want to go into too much detail about what I see going on. I just don't want a few stupid people to hurt the cause as a whole.

125+ million ultra conservative/bible thumpers? ...Where do you get your statistics? there's about 300 million people in the US... (U.S. and World Population Clocks - POPClocks) Let's just say that the ENTIRE US is made up of Christian "bible thumpers" (which it isn't). You'd then have to say that 50% are democrats (liberals) and 50% are republicans (conservatives). On each side of the ultra spectrum, we'll have to agree on a false number for making an argument. Let's say that 25% of each party has very pointed views (ultra-conservatives and ultra-liberals). So that brings our total number of people in the US who are ultra-conservative bible thumpers to........................ <drum roll>....................
37.5 million, or 1/8th of the US population.
Then again you'd have to assume that everyone who is Ultra Conservative doesn't toke up once in a while... well, let's say for humor sake that 1/8 of those 25% of ultra-conservative bible thumpers puffs the magic dragon every once in a while.... that's 4.6875 million more people who won't push congress into signing a bill. Adding in the other variables of random reasons why it won't be pushed I'd estimate a true to life number of approximately 28 million people, or 10.7% of the US population.
Oh and I almost forgot... earlier I said the entire US was Christian... well, let's step back into reality here and say that 1/3 of the US makes up other religions. Gives us about 18.6 million people....................... about the population of New York. Still a healthy number, I guess... but there are 49 other states who have something else to say about it....
No offense but radical comments with made up statistics just make me picture a redneck with one of those fluffy red hunting caps locked up in a commode with a shotgun in his lap.

You have no idea what you are talking about or who I am.You missed what I was getting at, and where I am comming from. And yes, there are well over 100 million people in this country who do not approve of MJ in any form, for any purpose.However , my point was that we need to be responsible and do what's right so we don't shoot ourselves in the foot.

That third of the nation are the ones who want medical programs and other pro-marijuana initiatives to fail. They are active in the voting booths and in pressuriing their elected officials.

We have some descent clones available down here.But they sell for 20$ usually.
