So, I flipped a few days early. I couldn’t wait any longer lol. They are exactly one week in. I ended up with 3 female cheesequakes thankfully, and and they all stink. I have about 5-6 clones off each :bigjoint:

Group shot of the 3 CQ ladies

Best looking pheno as far as structure

One of two CQ males. Both will be flowered for pollen

That male is stacked. Holy crap :o
How big are the leaves on those ladies? They look huge

They’re all 3 as tall as the male so I’d say about thigh-waist high. The leaves are easily bigger than my hand sometimes almost twice the size. I pulled some bigger fans to get some light penetration but I never fully “defoliate.”

Not to brag or anything but not a single tip is burned and I’ve barely had to pull any yellowing leaves off at all so far. I tell the guys I’ve been teaching all the time: you build your soil first and the plants will prosper. I love seeing hard work pay off....and trust me these ladies have been pampered lol

LIttle update of what I got going on.

I know fox tails are not normally a desired trait but it has a unique look to it. Had some chernobyl too close to the HPS in early veg. 9 weeks.

My COB project. I think this pic was roughly 6 or 6 and a half weeks. Temps about 75. It's roughly the same when the lights are out.

King Jacks. Thinking about putting them in the flower room soon just to sort out the sexing. Then throw the girls back in veg. I'm anxious for these.

MBK outdoor a friend has going update. Starting to get cold outside.

Timewreck x Jack The Ripper
I can actually taste both Timewreck and Jack The Ripper. A friend grew this. The bottom pics under the HPS are mine but from earlier in flower. It's close to harvest now. It had a bit of a PM and problem with the high temps as you can see in the one pic.

Meant to say too close to the HPS in early flower not veg. It won't let me edit my posts with this browser.

Here is a closer look of that TWxJTR from before. Nice trichs but a bit stressed.

When did you germ your king jacks? Also, what kind of light, wattage, and distance from the light? I’m getting ready for the first transplant on my King Jack little ones. I have a cfl but it seems to be going a little slow on the veg

Quick lights out shot of the Cheesequake jungle. The tallest pheno (back three colas) is either just stretchier than the others or it’s the CMH. First flower with the new lights so I’m still learning. The other two make up the lower jungle and they both are nice a wide with good bud structure already. Everything is around 16 days in.

Just got some new Dank gear. 5 pack each of: Bloodberries, Ripped Bubba, Qush, and I just had to try Vortex. It was buy 2 get one on subcool.com so I ended up with (2) 5 packs of King Jack (royal phenix x JTR) at least I think that’s what’s written on the pack. Correct me if I’m wrong. Also ended up with 5 pack of Candy Cleaner (jacks cleaner x penny wise)...tester I’m assuming?? So I guess I have some beans to pop tonight. Pics will be updated here and my journal in the organic section :weed:

I'm actually not sure. Several pages back about a month ago I posted a pic so probably about then but the pic may be a week old. In veg I have a couple of these https://www.kindledgrowlights.com/products/k5-xl1000-led-grow-lights I actually do not recommend them unless you can get a good price cut on them. Plants are about 4 feet away. The lights go up to about 630w but the intensity(and wattage) adjusts as the lights turn on and off to mimic the sun so it's kinda hard to say off hand. I just wait until they are a foot or so tall then put them in the flower room for sexing. Next back in veg for the females and I usually cut a clone or 2 in case I want to keep it.

MBK I don't think it's going to finish in this cold climate. They don't seem to be growing much more. Smells just as good as when it's grown indoors. The indoor has an amazing berry taste to it.

Timewreck x JTR indoor feels extremely potent. I don't really smell JTR much in this one, lot more like the mom. The buds also look a lot more like the mom.

Cover it with a small greenhouse. I used some old reclaimed windows from the junk yard. You can stretch out your season.
Yeah I would have had them in a greenhouse from the start but they were actually a friend's plants. I just provided the plants and helped with some things. I only do indoor myself. I'm probably going to help him build one next year. Some of the buds were starting to rot so they cut everything down. They we're afraid of it spreading and getting worse. Wasn't like a PM, more like a bud rot. He gave me a lot of it to run through a rosin press. I have a couple other grower friends about a mile from that location. One has a greenhouse and he seems to have more of a mold problem every year perhaps from lack of air flow. There is also lot of humidity in the area being by the great polluted lakes. I do really like that idea of getting windows from a junkyard.

Here is what that bud rot looked like. There were not many luckily.

This batch has been cooking for a while now. Usually it seems like when I mix my soil the PH is too low which I think is from the peat moss. I added a lot more coco this time and the PH was too high. A couple weeks ago I remixed it in new bins just to aerate it. I added a couple gallons of water to each bin with some PH down. Went to look at it yesterday.

These buds under the COB LEDs look amazing. I still don't think they have the penetration like a HPS. I am still very impressed. I can't remember when I took the first pic maybe about a week ago. The 2nd and 3rd are from a few hours ago. A couple of them have been cut down. As for the other 2, tomorrow will be week 11 in flower.

Cheesequake #4 on harvest day at exactly 8 weeks. This pheno wasn’t much for weight but the smell and terps are insane. Small, but rock hard nugs. I’m gonna give the clones a shot and see if any are keepers. I have two other phenos coming down this week that will be posted.
